Automatic purging and trapping is developed and produced by Beijing Zhongyi Yusheng Technology, which is mainly used for VOC analysis of volatile organic compounds in water and soil, and can also be used for the analysis of volatile compounds in food.
Step 1: Preparation.
Ensure that the lab environment is clean and tidy, and that the equipment is on a stable surface with vertical placement.
Step 2: Install the sample head.
Insert the new sample head into the sample head slot and make sure the insertion position is correct and stable.
Step 3: Adjust the parameters.
Turn on the power of the instrument and enter the instrument operation interface.
According to the needs of the experiment, set the purging time, purging speed, purging interval, purging cycle and other parameters. The setting of these parameters needs to be determined according to the purpose of the experiment and the characteristics of the sample.
Step 4: Sample preparation.
1.Using a disinfectant or other cleaning solution, load the medium to be tested into a Petri dish.
2.Place the dish in the dish tray of the sample head, making sure that the dish is in good contact with the sample head.
Step 5: Start purging.
1.After confirming that the parameter settings are correct, click the Start Purging button.
2.The automatic purge and trap will automatically purge and trap according to the set parameters.
3.During the purging process, pay attention to the operation of the instrument to ensure that the purging process is carried out smoothly.
Step 6: End the purging.
1.When the purge is complete, the instrument automatically stops purging and alerts the operator.
2.The trapped sample head is carefully removed and sealed to prevent secondary contamination.
Step 7: Cleaning and maintenance.
1.Use appropriate detergents and tools to clean the parts of the purge trap to keep the equipment hygienic and functioning properly.
2.The instrument is regularly maintained and calibrated to ensure stable performance and accurate accuracy.
It should be noted that the use of automatic purge and trap requires relevant operation skills and safety awareness, and operators should strictly abide by the operation requirements and safety specifications to avoid damage or injury caused by incorrect operation or improper use.
At the same time, depending on the specific circumstances of the laboratory, there may be specific regulations and procedures that need to be followed. Before using a fully automated purge trap, make sure you are familiar with the operating manual and usage method of the instrument, and follow the relevant operating instructions and laboratory safety requirements.
