Affected by the combination of high humidity and persistent unfavorable atmospheric diffusion conditions, it is expected that from the night of December 29 to the morning of the 30th, there will be heavy fog in parts of southeastern Beijing, Tianjin, central and southern Hebei, Shandong, northern and eastern Henan, central and northern Anhui, most of Jiangsu, eastern Shanghai, northern Zhejiang, eastern Sichuan, central and southern Chongqing, southern Hubei, northern Hunan, northeastern Guizhou, Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains, and southern Heilongjiang. Some areas in central Chongqing and Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains have strong dense fog with visibility below 200 meters, and parts of southeastern Hebei, western Shandong, eastern Sichuan, central Chongqing, and Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains have extremely strong dense fog with visibility less than 50 meters.
