In other words, the advantage of science is that it uses power, and as the cost of observation increases, the power that can be directly displayed in our five senses no longer exists, and what remains is the perspective that requires us to spend a lot of energy and time to obtain. And in the distant future, or simply now, there is only one problem facing science. That is, when all the forces we can use are not discovered, the development of science itself will come to a kind of stagnation, and these are the things that we have experienced and are about to experience.
And what about metaphysics?Metaphysics attaches more importance to the induction and conjecture of the Tao. The profit-seeking nature of science leads to the fact that it will only focus its vision and energy on what can produce benefits, for example, for the transition of spring, summer, autumn and winter, science can simply reduce it to the problem of the rotation of the earth. Because he is clearly visible, and because he does not generate benefits. The role of metaphysics is to summarize these items that are not of much interest in science, and we will understand spring as wood, summer as fire, and climate change in spring, summer, autumn and winter as changes in yin and yang. Of course, all this is what we see from our current perspective, and in reality, metaphysics developed much earlier than science. In essence, it is not a question of who is better or worse in science or metaphysics, but metaphysics is more inclined to imagination, while science needs the accumulation of society.
If we say, for science, the most important thing is to find new forces to replace the previous ones. For metaphysics, then, it is to use the old system to understand the new system, or to put it another way, to use the visible laws we summarize to speculate and simulate those laws that we cannot feel. To put it simply, science is our use of the Tao, and metaphysics is our conjecture of the Tao, one biased towards science and the other biased towards the liberal arts.
Therefore, for metaphysics, the most important thing is actually a reasonable model, which should be said to be a reasonable model based on a reasonable conjecture. For example, the most essential assumption of Bazi is that the sun, the star, can play a decisive role in the generation of our souls. And it has to be assumed that this effect occurs at the moment of our birth. If there is a mistake in one of the links, there is no meaning for us to discuss the eight characters.
Many people find confidence in life, like to say how many books they have read, like to say whose logic they use, and like to say how many generations they have inherited. None of these things are of practical significance, they are all like false self-confidence, just a bit like the faith and incense in cultivating immortals. When many people think that he is a master, he really feels that he is a master. But in fact, if you don't understand the twists and turns in it, and don't temper the concepts and logic from a scientific perspective, the power obtained will only be false.
Each technique is based on a conjecture based on the logic deduced from it. When many people learn this, they are easily misled by the outside, thinking that what is famous is the right thing to learn.
