According to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism on Carrying out the Construction of the Third Batch of National Night Culture and Tourism Consumption Clusters" (Ban Ye Fa No. 2023 No. 151), after local declaration, recommendation by provincial cultural and tourism administrative departments, compliance review, expert review, public opinion risk control, field visits and other procedures, it is proposed to determine 102 projects such as Longfusi Cultural Block in Dongcheng District, Beijing as the third batch of national night culture and tourism consumption clusters, and the public list is attached.
The publicity period is 5 working days (calculated from the date of publicity). During the publicity period, units and individuals who have objections to the publicity list may report to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in written form such as letters and e-mails (the letter shall be postmarked on the date of arrival). The situation must be factual and provide supporting materials for the problems reflected. If it is reflected in the name of the unit, it should be stamped with the official seal of the unit and provided in the name of the individual, and the real name, work unit, mailing address and *** should be signed in order to understand and verify the relevant situation.
