In the primary school Chinese textbook, there is a poem "Momei" written by Wang Mian, a literati in the Yuan Dynasty: My family washes the inkstone pond tree, and the flowers bloom with light ink marks. Don't let people praise the color, only leave the air full of goodness.
Interestingly, whose house is this inkstone pool?Yes, it refers to both the family of the great calligrapher Wang Xi of the Eastern Jin Dynasty and the family of the painter Wang Mian.
Legend has it that Wang Xizhi practiced calligraphy hard since he was a child, and often went to the pond to wash the pen and inkstone, but the water in the pond was dyed black. Wang Mian said that his family also has an inkstone pond, which means that he is also as diligent and hard as Wang Xizhi.
Wang Mian planted plums all his life, painted plums, and sang plums, and this ink plum picture was collected in the Palace Museum, which shows its artistic value.
The folk tale of Wang Xizhi's washing pen inkstone has been widely spread. According to legend, Zeng Gong admired Wang Xizhi's fame, and in September of the 8th year of Qingli, he made a special trip to Linchuan District, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province to hang the remains of the ink pool. Wang Sheng, a professor of state studies, asked him to write a note for "Wang Xizhi's Ink Pool", so Zeng Gong wrote the famous prose "The Ink Pool" based on Wang Xizhi's anecdotes.
Zhang Dai also has a record of the "ink pool" in "Night Sailing Boat": Mei Fu is in Nanchang County, the water bamboo is youwei, and Wang Youjun is in Linchuan County.
First, in the lotus pond, sighed:"Born for me to be cool, as my shackles, as my humiliation, and my wife for my poison. "He abandoned his wife and entered Hongli Mountain.
According to Zhang Dai's records, there is water and bamboo in Meifu's residence, and the environment is elegant. When Wang Xizhi served in Linchuan County, he wandered here every time he passed by and didn't want to leave, so the place was called "Ink Pool".
Presumably, Wang Xizhi admired the famous hermit Mei Fu in Mei Village in the Han Dynasty, and liked the quiet pastoral scenery here, and deliberately stayed here for a while.
In this way, this ink pool is not only filled with the spiritual quality of hard work, but also contains the spirit of the otherworldly literati and immortals through the ages.
Therefore, when I read Wang Mian's "Momei" again, I immediately understood why the literati wrote plum blossoms and praised them for their soft color and light body and fragrant fragrance, while Wang Mian, who was indifferent to fame and fortune, pursued that wisp of pure air alone.
