3.Phosphate dosage: Appropriate dosage is the key to effective phosphorus removal, too little may not be enough to remove phosphorus completely, too much may lead to waste and increased treatment costs. The correct dosage can allow the phosphorus scavenger to start working in a shorter period of time.
4.pH and temperature of wastewater: Both pH and temperature affect the reactivity of phosphate removers. In general, a suitable pH and a higher water temperature are beneficial for increasing the rate of chemical reactions, thereby shortening the reaction time.

In general, significant flocculation can generally be seen within 10 to 30 minutes of the reaction time after the addition of a phosphorus remover, but it may take longer to fully achieve the desired phosphorus removal rate, such as 12 hours or more.
