Ganlin Town, Shengzhou City, is famous for "the birthplace of a century-old Yue Opera and the small Yellow Mountain of 10,000-year-old culture". Shengzhou is the hometown of Yue Opera, and Yue Opera was born in Ganlin Town: from the "landing singing" in Matang Village, to the official birth of Dongwang Village, and then to the origin of Shijiaao Women's Yue Opera. With the incision of "micro transformation and fine improvement", Ganlin Town strives to create "Fuller Ganlin, the hometown of Yue Opera" through the image transformation of Yue Opera celebrities and Yue Opera relics, and continues to deepen the construction of 4A-level scenic towns.
1. The predecessor of Yue Opera and the birthplace of "Landing Singing Books" - Matang Village
Matang Village's "Micro Renovation and Fine Improvement" Project: Construction of the Early Yue Opera Memorial Square. In the early history of Yue Opera, Matang Village played a pivotal role. From Jin Qibing's creation of the "Four Harmony Tunes" of Tiantou singing, to the famous artist Jin Zhitang who sang along the door, and then to a large number of grass and trees talents such as Jin Rongshui, the founder of women's Yue Opera, they went south and north, and finally made the small singing troupe ascend to the Hall of Elegance and made epoch-making contributions to the birth of Yue Opera. In 1994, Matang Village, as the birthplace of Yue Opera, was listed as the first batch of famous villages in Zhejiang Province. In December 2017, Matang Village was awarded the title of "Excellent New Cultural Landmark of Zhejiang Province", and in the same year, it was named "Yue Opera Culture Demonstration Village" by Shengzhou City2. Dongwang Village is located at the east gate of Ganlin Town, on the west side of the Ganlin exit turntable of Yongjin Expressway, and north of the provincial highway Shengyi Line, with superior traffic geographical location. Dongwang Village has a long history and profound heritage, is the birthplace of the century-old Yue Opera, and is the first batch of 3A-level scenic villages in Shaoxing City, the model village of the "Provincial Beautiful Rural Demonstration County" creation project, and the first batch of "Chinese Charming Cultural Villages". More than 100 years ago, Shengzhou singing artists in front of the incense hall in Dongwang Village, set up a stage with rice buckets, singing the sound of Yue Yin, a hundred years of Yue Opera was born here, slowly flowing, pouring its fragrance, growing into the second largest opera in China. In 2004, Comrade ***, then secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, made deep instructions on the protection, inheritance and development of Yue Opera when he visited Dongwang.
Dongwang Village "Micro Renovation and Fine Improvement" Project: Build the second batch of rural museums in Zhejiang Province - Dongwang Village Yue Opera Birthplace Exhibition Hall. On March 27, 1906 (the third day of the third lunar month), Li Shiquan and Li Maozheng, singers of Dongwang Village, Ganlin Town, under the enthusiastic encouragement of the villagers, invited more than ten other singing artists to set up a grass stage in front of the incense hall of the village with four rice buckets at the bottom and spread out the door panel, and performed "Ni Feng Fan Tea", "Ten Heads" and the big drama "Double Golden Flower", marking the birthplace of China's second largest opera - Yue Opera culture Monument in Dongwang Village Incense Temple. In December 2004, Comrade ***, then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, inspected and investigated Dongwang Village. On the third day of the third lunar month in 2006, the birthday celebration of "Centennial Yue Opera" was held in Dongwang Village. Yue opera culture has become the most shining business card and the largest intangible asset of Dongwang Village.
3. The birthplace of women's Yue Opera - Shijiaao Village
Shijiaao Village is located in Ganlin Town, Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province, sandwiched between Wu** Mountain and Shitang Mountain, is a small village in the south of the Yangtze River with blue bricks and gray tiles, and is also a small fun mountain village in the middle reaches of the Zhupai River. The area of the whole village is 686 square kilometers, the existing population of 675 households with a total of 2,050 people, 109 party members, most of the villagers surnamed Shi, has won the Zhejiang provincial comprehensive well-off demonstration village, cultural demonstration village, beautiful village comprehensive award, AAA scenic village, the most beautiful village in the eyes of foreigners nomination, included in the first batch of traditional villages in Zhejiang Province, Shaoxing municipal ecological village, civilized village, cultural characteristic village, five-star 3A demonstration village and other honorary titles, selected in 2018 (the seventh batch) Zhejiang Province historical and cultural village protection and utilization of key villages.
Shijiaao Village's "Micro Renovation and Fine Improvement" Project: Yue Opera Ten Sisters Commercial Street, Shi Yinhua's Former Residence, Wang Jinshui's Former Residence, Ancient Stage, etc. Shijiaao Village is the birthplace of women's Yue Opera. On the twenty-sixth day of the fifth lunar month in 1923, villager Wang Jinshui founded the first women's small song class in the history of Yue Opera, and cultivated a generation of famous singers represented by Shi Yinhua, Tu Xinghua, and Zhao Ruihua. In the 30s of the twentieth century, under the leadership of "Three Flowers and One Juan", the ten sisters of Yue Opera were cultivated, and Yue Opera went from Shengzhou to Shanghai, becoming famous all over the world, and eventually became the second largest opera genre in the country. Shijiaao's "Early Women's Yue Opera Museum" is the first village-level opera museum in the country.

Xiaohuangshan Village was formed by the merger of the original Guishan and Sunwu, with a total of 952 villagers, 2,815 people, 5 party branches and 143 party members. Xiaohuangshan Village has convenient transportation, and Shaogan Line and 527 National Highway pass through the village;The scenery is beautiful, connecting the Changle River in the south and the Chongren River in the northWith a long history, one of China's top ten archaeological sites, the site of Xiaohuangshan was excavated hereIt is the hometown of the famous Yue Opera artist Yuan Xuefen, and there is a former residence of Yuan Xuefen. Xiaohuangshan Village is located in the plain, the villagers are mainly engaged in agriculture, the planting of flowers and fruit trees is a characteristic industry, and there are also small enterprises such as textiles and electroacoustics in the village. In recent years, through the construction of environmental demonstration villages, the hardening, greening, lighting and beautification of roads, and the completion and operation of domestic sewage treatment projects, the appearance of Xiaohuangshan Village has changed significantly, and the environmental sanitation has been further improved.
