In June this year, Yantai Vocational College actively connected with 16 key industrial chains in Yantai City, and seized the opportunity to initiate the establishment of Yantai Modern Logistics Industry and Education Integration Community. Yantai Modern Logistics Industry-Education Integration Community covers more than 40 logistics enterprises such as 3 undergraduate colleges, 4 higher vocational colleges, 2 secondary vocational schools, Yantai Logistics Association and Shandong Port Yantai Port Group. It is the primary task to unite the members to work together and build a physical operation platform for "government, industry, enterprise, school and research".
In order to find the focus of cooperation, the school set up a community council, organized a special work class to go deep into more than 30 backbone enterprises in batches, carried out "big visits and big research", and understood the information at 8 levels of the enterprise through questionnaires, big data analysis and other forms, as well as the cooperation needs of the integration of industry and education, talent training and so on. Through the expert group, we will formulate a collaborative school-running plan, compile a list of school-enterprise shared resources, hold exchanges and seminars, and check the pulse of school-enterprise cooperation. Organize community enterprises to participate in the autumn campus job fair of "Thousands of Enterprises and Thousands of Posts on Campus", and build a docking platform for supply and demand of production and education. Walk into the "main venue" of community enterprises such as Shandong Gangtong Engineering Management Consulting, and hold on-site observation seminars on the construction of a community integrating industry and education, so as to promote the organic connection of education chain, talent chain, innovation chain and industrial chain.

Expanding the "circle of friends" of the industry-education integration community, the school was elected as the vice chairman unit of the national logistics and first-chain industry-education integration community, and the vice chairman unit of the national smart logistics and industry-education integration community of the first-chain industry, and actively promoted the construction of the national logistics industry-education integration community alliance.
Enhance the "hierarchical circle" of industry associations, closely connect with the National Logistics Vocational Education and Teaching Steering Committee and Yantai Logistics Association, and successively host the Fifth College Presidents Forum of the National Logistics Industry Steering Committee and the National Logistics and Logistics Human Resources Development Conference. Chen Xinzi, Secretary of the Party Committee, was elected as the director of the Special Committee on School-Enterprise Cooperation and Achievement Transformation of the National Logistics Industry Steering Committee, and 4 people were selected into a number of special committees.
Deepen the "core circle" of the industrial college, give full play to the advantages of the modern logistics management major "Shandong Province characteristic major" and "Shandong Province modern apprenticeship pilot major", the school and the enterprise jointly build the Best Logistics Technology Industry College and the Wine Culture Research and Innovation Development Center, develop core courses such as "Digital Intelligent Warehouse Management Practice", compile the logistics customer group and employee training materials "Digital Intelligence Chain Warehousing and Distribution Practice Training Course", upgrade and transform the digital intelligence chain production training center, and promote the whole process of "cognition + production" talent training. The "tobacco job" model of modern apprenticeship training has been promoted and practiced in Best Logistics companies at all levels across the country.
