These things made me feel very sick and uncomfortable, and at the same time made me deeply doubt the morality of human beings. These ugly events made me deeply aware of the dark side of human nature, and also made me cherish those beautiful moments even more.
I've also learned a lot in my career. First, I learned how to deal with people. As a front desk, I had to deal with a wide variety of people, including guests, colleagues, and other staff members. I learned how to communicate with them in a friendly way and try to meet their needs as much as possible. Second, I learned how to deal with complex situations. In the hotel industry, there are often various problems and challenges, such as guest complaints, room arrangements, and so on. I've learned how to deal with these issues calmly and try to keep guests as happy as possible. In the end, I learned how to stay professional and objective. As a front desk, I have to be professional and objective in dealing with guests, and I can't bring my emotions or biases into my work.
I have also encountered a lot of challenges and difficulties in my career. For example, sometimes the attitude of the guests can be rude or unfriendly, which can make me feel very uncomfortable. But I try my best to be calm and professional, and try to accommodate the needs of my guests as much as possible.
