Baofeng 6 110,000 air separation fourth set of cold box capped

Mondo Collection Updated on 2024-01-31

Recently, the fourth set of cold boxes of the 6 110000nm h air separation unit of the first phase of the Inner Mongolia Baofeng coal-based new material *** 4x1 million tons per year coal-to-olefins demonstration project of 2.6 million tons per year undertaken by Sinochem Liujian Wuhan Engineering Co., Ltd. was successfully capped.

The project is currently the largest coal chemical project under construction in China and is located in Tuke Industrial Park, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia. The capping of the cold box marks a phased victory, and also lays a solid foundation for the installation of aluminum alloy pipes in the cold box in winter.

Inner Mongolia Baofeng Coal-based New Materials *** Phase I 2.6 million tons per year of coal-to-olefins and supporting 400,000 tons of annual implantation of green hydrogen coupling to olefins project The first phase of the project invests 47.8 billion yuan, using green hydrogen and modern coal chemical integration and collaborative production technology, will build the largest single-plant "green hydrogen +" coal-to-olefins industrial base in China. The project is located in the Tuke Industrial Project Area, Sulige Economic Development Zone, Wushenqi, Ordos City, and mainly constructs a 32.2 million tons per year methanol plant, a 31 million tons per year methanol to olefin plant (containing an olefin separation 500,000 tons per year polypropylene unit, a 3.55 million tons per year polyethylene unit, a 200,000 tons per year C4 to 1-butene plant, and a 200,000 tons per year steam cracking unit). In addition to the production of polypropylene and polyethylene, it also produces sulfur, heavy carbon four, C5+, ethylene tar, MTBE and other products as by-products.

The Inner Mongolia Baofeng Coal-based New Material Coal-to-Olefin Demonstration Project adopts 6 sets of 110,000 air separation units. Hangyang provided 6 110,000 Nm h air separation unit for the project, and SBW Group provided six sets of 110,000 air separation compressor units for the project.
