* Zhu Ling's case: The sensational "Sun Wei Statement" of the year, and related commentary1
Zhu Ling's case has not been solved so far, she is specificIt is still impossible to find out when, where, and how it was poisoned, and the thallium that caused her poisoning is also unknown. Despite the many possibilities, some focus only on chemistry department labs and dormitories. I can't say anything about other occasions, but I know the situation in the laboratory of the Department of Chemistry, and it is necessary to explain it here. For the situation of the dormitory, see "About Our Dormitory" in 4.
The first thing I learned from the police when I was interrogated on April 2 turned out to be:I was the only student who had access to thallium, and the laboratory is "very tightly managed". But it's a complete lie!
Note: This is indeed a lieXue FangyuThe opening certificate emphasizes that there is no thallium in the Department of Chemistry.I never believed that I was the only student who had access to thallium, because the thallium solution I used for my teacher's experiments had already been prepared and placed on the table. I consulted the literature for this, and in fact the Department of Chemistry has a long history of using thallium reagent in experiments. There are several ** articles that I have found alone, which were received on October 16, 1991 (when I was not yet enrolled), December 20, 1994, August 16, 1995, October 2, 1995, November 8, 1995, and February 16, 1996. It was not until the police began an investigation in '97 that the Department of Chemistry banned the use of thallium.Teacher Tong Aijun testified to the police on the issue of the only legal contact with thallium salt, but Sun Wei could not provide any proof, and could not find a more suspicious replacement, but claimed that the teacher had framed him. —Excerpt from Zhu Ling Tieba netizens.
In addition, the head of the department later said that in addition to the chemistry department, other departments also have thallium in their laboratories.
On top of that, the school does not strictly manage toxic reagents, thallium solution and other toxic reagents sit on the table for years, and the laboratory sometimes does not lock the door. Many students go to the laboratory to help teachers conduct experiments in their spare time, and the laboratory is also open to students from other departments. When doing experiments, it is common for students to borrow instruments and medicines from each other. This situation has been like this for many years, and it has not improved much even after Zhu Ling's poisoning was diagnosed.
Note:
In order to confirm the truth, in April '97, my brother borrowed a home video camera to go to the laboratory building of the Department of Chemistry during the daytime working hours, entered several laboratories, and took a large bottle of toxic reagents marked with skulls from the laboratory table of one of the laboratories, held it in front of the camera, took it out of the laboratory building, and then sent it back to its original place, and the whole process was filmed. It was repeated several times in the days that followed, and each time no one asked.
Out of affection for the school, I didn't send the tape directly to the police. But this fact is very important to me, I can't carry such a big black pot for the school, so I found the school party office at 4 pm on May 5, 97, and showed them the video, saying: My only request is that I hope that the school itself will reflect the real situation to the public security and explainI really wasn't the only student who had access to thallium, which is more conducive to maintaining the image of the school.
Note: The phrase "Sun Wei was the only student who came into contact with thallium" has a huge loophole. People from all walks of life, including the students of the second class of physical chemistry, believe that Tsinghua University has an unshirkable responsibility. The comprehensive version is that several teachers and students, including Sun Wei, could [legally contact] thallium reagent at Tsinghua University at that time because of the subject, among which only Sun Wei and Zhu Ling had contact, and the others had no intersection with Zhu Ling. The video of Sun Wei's brother Sun Xiao does not rule out that someone is guiding outside the camera (as said by Zhu Ling's lawyer Zhang Jie). It is a fact that Tsinghua University is not strict in the management of thallium reagents, and there is indeed a possibility that outsiders steal thallium reagents. But at the same time, outsiders must understand Zhu Ling's belongings and living ......So it's very interesting - except for the roommates, and how many of the girls in the dormitory next door, who knows which are Zhu Ling's items?If Sun Wei wants to get rid of suspicion, he must prove that Zhu Ling was poisoned outside the dormitory, and he reasonably suspects that his roommates Wang Qi and Jin Ya are suspected of committing crimes.But Sun Wei spared no effort to prove the former, but his trust in Jin Ya and Wang Qi, who were suspected of committing major crimes, was puzzling. If Zhu Ling was poisoned outside the dormitory, how can he explain that only Zhu Ling's belongings were lost when the dormitory was stolen?If this is just a simple thief who is greedy for a small amount of money, why haven't other people's belongings been lost?What's more, he actually said that there was no theft, and someone in the second class of materialization confirmed that there was indeed such a thing, and his roommate Wang Qi called the police. If it was just an ordinary theft, why did Sun Wei ask her to tell the details of the theft she knew, but Sun Wei completely avoided talking about it?Tsinghua University's lax management of poisons has confirmed that anyone can illegally obtain thallium at an illegal time, including Sun Wei.
Note:
Unexpectedly, early in the morning of the next day (May 6), the school laboratory was suddenly renovated, requiring teachers and students to stop work, strictly classify and manage all drugs, lock toxic reagents, and shoot by the security department. There were quite a few people who witnessed it at the time, and it is easy to confirm.
I was worried that the school was covering up the fact that the laboratory was not well managed, so I had no choice but to do soOn 18 July 1997, the videotape and the documents I had found were handed over to the police
On July 28, 1997, the General Office of the State Education Commission issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Management of Dangerous Chemical Substances in School Laboratories" (Jiaobei Ting [1997] No. 13), pointing out: "In May 1995 and May 1997, Tsinghua University and Peking University successively had two cases of thallium salt poisoning among students. In addition to the alleged man-made crimes, the failure of thallium salt to be managed according to the highly toxic drugs is an important reason. ”
Before the graduation ceremony on June 30, 1997, the head of the department informed me that my graduation certificate could not be issued because I was being investigated by the public security, and asked my family to come to the school to talk, saying that the school had received a notice from the public security through official channels to delay the issuance of my graduation certificate and degree certificate. A leader of the party committee of the school, who received us at that time, also said, ".In the case of Zhu Ling's poisoning, Tsinghua University, after many reflections, believes that the university is not responsible.
Note: Tsinghua University first denied the presence of thallium, misleading ***, and later admitted it under ** evidence. Zhu Ling's family called Tsinghua University for poisoning and demanded to call the police and protect the scene. As a result, the security office of Tsinghua University notified Zhu Ling's roommates in dormitory 114 that they were asked to protect Zhu Ling's belongings because they were found poisoned. The branch secretary Xue Gang (a member of the thallium party) failed to keep it strictly secret, and his girlfriend Li Hanlin was the girl next door to Zhu Ling, who was not good with Zhu Ling and Sun Wei, and was suspected of committing a crime. Soon there was a burglary in Zhu Ling's bedroom, and Xue Gang asked those in the know to keep it secret, and Wang Qi immediately called the police (which seemed to be the only right thing she did in Zhu Ling's case). Tsinghua University has a case of thallium poisoning in its history, but in the early days, it denied that Zhu Ling had been exposed to thallium, without considering whether there was a possibility of thallium poisoning caused by accidental inhalation similar to the history in history, misleading the hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and even seriously suspected of harboring criminals in many revelations. In the end, Tsinghua University decided that it was not responsible for ......My parents immediately went to the 14th Public Security Department to understand the situation, but they didn't expect the public security to say that they had never heard of Sun Wei's student status, and said: ".**Just solve the case, the management of student status is the school's own business, It has nothing to do with the public security, the public security bureau has never been, and it is impossible to send such a notice to the school, if it is really called, there will be a record, but we have not found any records. ”
During this period, my family and I wrote a letter to the leaders of the party committee of the school, asking the school to notify us in writing of the decision to postpone the issuance of the graduation certificate as soon as possible and affix the official seal. After repeated negotiations, the school insisted on not giving written notice.
At our repeated request, in late August, the party committee, school office and department leaders of the school received us again in the school guest house (C). We said that there was no basis for the school to withhold my graduation certificate and degree certificate. The leader of the party committee of the school actually said: "Now there are two paths for you to chooseEither ask the school to admit the mistake or solve your problem。And he said, ".If you want Tsinghua to admit your mistake, it is absolutely impossible!The conversation broke up.
After that, we called the leaders of the party committee twice and insisted that if the school did not issue a certificate, it should give us a written notice of not issuing a certificate. On September 29, the head of the department called ** to inform him to go to the school to collect the certificate the next day.
Note: I don't understandDoesn't Tsinghua University have the power to expel the only officially recognized suspect (and still is).?The graduation certificate was not given based on facts, and the certificate was finally given because ** did not support it?After Zhu Ling's poisoning, a reporter once came to interview, and in her writing, our dormitory relationship was cold and hostile. The truth is that we have a very happy dorm life。Several of our roommates have not quarreled in the past five years, and their faces have never turned red, and they are still good friends, and anyone who knows our dormitory can testify. Although most journalists have a good work ethic, after this interview, my roommate and I were quite apprehensive about **.
Note: An anonymous person from the second class of materialization came to testify, and he responded harshly to Sun Wei's statement that "the dormitory life is very happy".
Note:Zhu Ling and I didn't have any holidays, but I did get closer to the other roommates, mainly because Zhu Ling traveled extensively, had a lot of social activities, and was an active member of the school's literary and artistic clubAfter Zhu Ling fell ill for the first time, he still went to the dormitory building of the literary and art club every day to decoct medicine1.Zhu Ling, Sun Wei, Wang Qi and Jin Ya live in Room 114, Building 6;
2.Liu Limin, Gao Fei, Wang Huixia and Xu Ran live in Room 116, Building 6;
3.Li Hanlin lives in Room 123, Building 6;
4.Wang Xiaohong and Wang Hongmei, who were transferred from other departments, still live in the original dormitories in Building 6 and Building 7 respectively.
She said that Zhu Ling's decoction was not in the dormitory after returning to school, and she clearly remembered that Zhu Ling was going to decoction and was not in the dormitory, which shows that she is extremely concerned about her life trajectoryThe purpose of her telling this detail is to imply to netizens that she Zhu Ling may not have been poisoned in the dormitory, and it is entirely possible that she was elsewhere. This is actually a unique mindset of poisoners, and only people who have poisoned in the dormitory will be so eager to divert their attention, because she wants to transfer the scene of poisoning outside the dormitory that has nothing to do with her, and people who have not been poisoned will first pay attention to who poisoned it, not who poisoned it(Because he has not been poisoned, he naturally has no concept of poisoning in **),Then there is the suspicion that all other people may be poisoned, including their own roommates, everyone is a suspect in the eyes of those who have not been poisoned and have been wronged, but Sun Wei never suspected any of her roommates with the highest probability of poisoning, but hinted in the statement that the crime scene was not in the dormitory. This is a very big mindset that only poisoners have.
During the investigation of Zhu Ling's poisoning case, some people (even the division commander whom I respected) did not hesitate to provide false information in order to avoid their own responsibility, butWhen my roommates investigated my personality, character, relationship with Zhu Ling, and other issues, they were very objective。I'm still very impressed!
Note: Sun Wei is suspected of committing such a major crime, and the confession recorded by his roommate in the Public Security Bureau actually told Sun Wei in detailSun Wei didn't suspect that the other roommates were poisoned, and he was full of gratitude to themIf her roommate was suspicious of Sun Wei, how could she tell her what she had said to the police?I don't doubt Sun Wei at all, could this happen?Or do they know exactly who the ** is?Zhu Ling couldn't be diagnosed for a long time after he got sick in 94, because my mother was a doctor, and I also told my mother about Zhu Ling's symptoms at that time (hair loss, ** pain, leg pain), and asked her to help analyze and inquire, and my mother also said at that time that it was not lupus erythematosus. My roommates know all of this.
"Lupus erythematosus"said, ** defense said that before the translation time, Zhu Ling consulted his doctor and mother after the first illness in 94, so combined with Zhu Ling's symptoms at that time and the unavoidable fact that Sun Wei was doing a project with the teacher,Sun Wei tried to deny that she did not know that the symptoms were caused by thallium, and vaguely said that she did not know the characteristics of thallium and the knowledge of labor protection. However, as a junior assistant, I participated in the mentor's project experiment, and the initial procedure was to receive self-protection knowledge about toxic substances during the experiment. moreIf Sun Wei's knowledge of thallium is as ignorant as that of ordinary classmates, why is she in thallium's research group?Another post in the materialization 2 ordinary students also proved that when they first started the materialization class, the teacher was talking about labor prevention knowledge. Another lie that wants to cover up.The dormitory relationship is good, and there is no need to cross-examine it. The relationship is so good that Sun Ming knows that thallium poisoning will occur"Zealous"Towards lupus erythematosus. The relationship is so good that I obviously saw the email to be translated"Thallium""Poisoning"Words and automatically filtered. The relationship is so good, so that after Zhu Ling was poisoned and rescued, the classmates in the same dormitory were reluctant to accept the translation task, and they were interviewed with yin and yangFor many years, I have not dared to contact the Zhu family head-on, and if the suspect is weak-hearted, then the same dormitory has not been treated as a suspectThe Zhu family made it clear that they only suspected Sun Wei, and they spared no effort to defend Sun, turning a blind eye to Zhu's situation when she disappeared. The relationship between this dormitory is really "good".
