1. Party Committee Office, ** Office
The Party Committee Office and the ** Office are commonly known as the "two offices" in the system. In 1999, the General Office of the People's Republic of China issued the "Notice on Strengthening the Work of the System on Duty and Information Reporting", implementing a 24-hour duty system and a strict post responsibility system, and reporting major information in the jurisdiction in a timely manner. Today, every year on important holidays, the General Office and the General Office will issue a notice to strengthen the work on duty during the holidays, and supervise the situation on duty in various places through the duty system. In particular, townships, as the most basic level, also need to be on duty 24 hours a day.
Second, the public security system

Fire and rescue team
The fire rescue team implements a 24-hour duty preparation system to ensure that it is on duty 24 hours a day. Now, fire safety accidents occur frequently, it may be daytime, or it may be in the middle of the night, but fire safety is no trivial matter, human life is critical, a moment can not be delayed, the need for fire rescue teams to be on call 24 hours a day, set off at any time, responsibility and pressure is also very great.
4. Emergency management departments
The emergency management department, is a few years ago the newly established department, as the name suggests, the main responsibility is to be responsible for and guide the emergency rescue work, strictly speaking, the fire rescue team and the safety production rescue team are under the management of the emergency management department, naturally also need to be on duty 24 hours a day, to facilitate the first time to carry out rescue work after the occurrence of major disasters. At present, the safety production and fire safety inspections are very tight, and the emergency management departments at all levels will naturally not be relaxed.
5. Traffic and transportation law enforcement departments
When it comes to 24-hour duty, many people will overlook one department, and that is the traffic law enforcement department. In fact, in many provinces in the country, the traffic and transportation law enforcement departments are 24 hours uninterrupted law enforcement, after all, it is very dangerous to overload and overrun large trucks at night, if you can't do 24-hour law enforcement, timely investigation and punishment, it is difficult to ensure that no major safety accidents will occur. Therefore, our transportation law enforcement department also needs to be on duty 24 hours a day.
