How to turn off the auto-renewal function of Alipay
Alipay is one of the commonly used payment tools in our daily life, and sometimes we will turn on the auto-renewal function for convenience. However, if you no longer need auto-renewal, you can turn off the feature by following these steps:
1.Open the Alipay app, enter the "My" page, and click "Settings".
2.In the settings page, click Payment settings.
3.On the Payment Settings page, select "Passwordless Payment Auto Debit".
4.On the Passwordless Payment Auto-Deduction page, find the item for which you want to turn off auto-renewal and click Enter.
5.On the project details page, click "Disable Service".
6.In the pop-up confirmation box, select Closet to disable the auto-renewal feature of the project.
It should be noted that after the auto-renewal feature is disabled, you need to manually pay the corresponding fees. If you have activated the membership service, you will not be affected during the membership period, but you will need to pay the fee manually after the membership service ends. Therefore, before disabling the auto-renewal feature, you need to check whether you need to continue to use the service.
In addition, different Alipay users may have different automatic deduction items, so each item needs to be checked one by one. Before you disable the auto-renewal feature, you need to read the details of each project carefully to understand the deduction method, payment cycle, and cancellation method of the project. If you have any questions about a project, you can contact the corresponding service provider for consultation first.
In short, turning off auto-renewal can help you avoid unnecessary expenses and better manage your finances. If you need to enable a new auto-renewal service, you need to reset it in Alipay.
