The above standard also mentions that the time required for the start-up process of the cable TV smart set-top box should not be more than 35 seconds. The boot time of the cable TV terminal should not be extended due to specific content such as boot advertisements. In addition, for business subscription or unsubscription and other related operations, clear reminders and process operation instructions should be provided on the user interface, and clear operation steps should be provided to confirm payment or cancel payment, and "one-click payment" related operations should not be set. For regular or continuous deductions for any business, users should be clearly and proactively reminded before deductions. At the same time, it is clearly required that the startup time of Internet TV applications should be less than 3 seconds, and should not be greater than 5 seconds.
