3) Electrode boiler type humidifier composition.
The electrode boiler humidifier is composed of an electrode boiler, a steam spray pipe, a water inlet solenoid valve, a drainage solenoid valve, a water level controller, etc.
4) The working principle of the electrode boiler humidifier is when the humidity of the air-conditioned room is lower than the set humidity, the humidification signal will be output by the computer, the power will be turned on, the solenoid valve will be opened, and the water will be filled to the sensor. When the electrodes in the humidifier are energized, the resulting electric current causes the ions (impurities) in the water to move, and gradually heats up, reaching the boiling point and generating steam. Within a few minutes, there is a large amount of water vapor in the humidifier tank, and the water vapor continuously flows out of the steam outlet pipe, enters the box evaporator, and then is sent to the machine room by the fan. Increasing the ambient humidity changes the humidity, and during normal operation, the water supply solenoid valve opens every few minutes to refill the water.
4.Introduction to related equipment.
The wet film humidifier is used for humidity regulation in the computer room, but it has a single function and only serves as a humidification device to meet the humidification requirements under low humidity conditions.
