Rogers' RO3000 high frequency circuit board is a PTFE composite material with special ceramic fillers for commercial microwave and RF applications. The advanced laminates of the RO3000 series of high-frequency circuit boards provide best-in-class electrical and mechanical stability.
The RO3000 series laminates are available in a wide variety of dielectric constant (DK) values, all of which provide the same mechanical properties. This allows Rogers designers to select the DK laminate that best suits them on each single side and develop a wide variety of multi-layer designs without causing distortion or system reliability issues. In addition, the RO3000 series laminates maintain a stable dielectric coefficient over a wide range of ambient temperatures.
Advantage. Commercially available laminates with very low losses.
DK has a wide range of applications (30 to 102)
Fiberglass and fiberglass-free sheet options are available.
The Z-axis CTE is low, ensuring the reliability of the plated through-hole system.
Rogers provides high-frequency, high-speed, and high-power semiconductor materials to customers around the world in wireless infrastructure, power amplifiers, radar systems, high-speed digital, hybrid vehicles, high-voltage rail traction, laser systems, and wind and solar conversion. Liwei Development LDTEQCom** sells Rogers high-performance millimeter-wave sheets.
