5. Preliminary examination and acceptance.
After receiving the materials submitted by the applicant, the certification center will complete the preliminary review of the application materials within 2 working days, and if the preliminary examination is qualified, the applicant will be issued a notice of acceptance, formulate a specific implementation plan for the bidding, and solicit the opinions of the provincial safety supervision bureau (coal supervision bureau) where the applicant is locatedIf the preliminary examination is unqualified, a rectification notice shall be issued, and the applicant shall resubmit the application after rectification.
6. Technical assessment.
After signing the contract, the certification center will evaluate the applied products within 10 working days and confirm the product inspection agency in combination with the implementation plan of the bid. If the requirements are met, a power of attorney for inspection shall be issued to the inspection agency, and a notice shall be issued to the applicant at the same timeIf the requirements are not met, the applicant shall be notified for rectification.
7. Sample inspection.
Inspection samples should be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the "Sampling Specification for Safety Signs of Tunneling Machinery Products". Samples must be produced by the factory of this application, and samples shall not be borrowed, rented, or purchased for inspection.
8. Factory review.
The scope of the factory review includes the departments, places, personnel, and activities related to the quality and safety performance of the applied products, and if necessary, the extended review of the first supplier of important parts and components of the product.

2.Conclusions.
If the factory review conclusion is A-level, the review is qualified.
If the factory assessment conclusion is B or C level, the applicant shall rectify the non-conformities, and the rectification work shall be completed within 90 days, and submit the rectification report to the review team leaderIf the rectification is not completed within the time limit or the rectification is unqualified, the application will be terminated.
If the factory assessment conclusion is D grade or the rejected item is unqualified, the applicant shall complete the rectification as required within 90 days and submit the rectification report to the review team leader. If the rectification meets the requirements after review, the certification center needs to arrange a re-evaluation of the rectification situation in principle. If the rectification is not completed within the time limit, the rectification is unqualified or the re-evaluation is unqualified, the bid will be terminated.
9. Supervision and audit (annual review).
The validity of the certificate is guaranteed by supervision. The certification center supervises the licensee and the certified products, so as to urge the licensee to comply with the relevant provisions of the management of mining product safety marks, and organize production according to the requirements for the review and issuance of technical documents and safety marks for the record.
