According to the research and decision of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the 2024 National Accounting Professional and Technical Qualification (hereinafter referred to as Accounting Qualification) Examination will be held in May 2024 (junior and senior month (intermediate)). The examination schedule and related matters of the 2024 Accounting Qualification Examination are hereby notified as follows:
1. Exam registration
Those who register for the accounting qualification examination should meet the following basic conditions:
1.Comply with the "Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China" and the national unified accounting system and other laws and regulations.
2.Have good professional ethics and no serious violations of financial discipline.
3.Passionate about accounting and have the corresponding professional knowledge and business skills in accounting.
In addition to the basic conditions, those who register for the advanced qualification examination should also meet one of the following conditions:
1.Have a college degree, and have been engaged in work related to the duties of an accountant for 10 years after obtaining the title of accountant.
2.Have a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree or a graduate degree or a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been engaged in work related to the duties of an accountant for at least 5 years after obtaining the title of accountant.
3.Have a doctorate degree, and have been engaged in work related to the duties of an accountant for at least 2 years after obtaining the title of accountant.

4. Examination time and examination schedule
(1) Examination time.
Senior May 18.
Advanced Accounting Practice.
The Senior Qualifying Examination will be held on 18 May 2024 in 1 batch. The duration of the Advanced Accounting Practice exam is 210 minutes.

(2) Examination schedule for the senior qualification examination.
1.Before December 31, 2023, the accounting qualification examination management institutions of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the accounting qualification examination management institutions of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter collectively referred to as the provincial examination management institutions) will announce the subjects, examination time, registration date, registration method and other examination-related matters of the primary and senior qualification examinations in their respective regions, and send a copy to the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance and the Accounting and Financial Evaluation Center respectively.
2.From January 5 to January 26, 2024, the registration system for the primary and senior qualification examinations of the "National Accounting Qualification Evaluation Network" will be opened. During the above-mentioned period, each provincial examination management agency shall determine the registration start time of its own region. The deadline for registration is 12:00 on January 26, and the deadline for payment is 18:00 on January 26. 3.Before April 17, 2024, all provincial-level examination management agencies will announce the start and end time of online printing of admission tickets for primary and senior qualification examinations in their regions.
4.The primary qualification examination will be organized from May 18 to 22, 2024, and the advanced qualification examination will be organized on May 18.
5.By May 28, 2024, the standard answers and scoring criteria for the Advanced Qualifying Examination will be issued.
6.Before May 31, 2024, all provincial-level examination management institutions shall summarize the examination data of all batches of the primary qualification examination in their respective regions, and submit the reported data to the Accounting and Financial Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Finance after checking the integrity of the data and handling violations of discipline and regulations, and attach a statistical summary table of the reported data and a list of data reporting.
7.Before June 12, 2024, all provincial-level examination management institutions shall organize and complete the marking of the senior qualification examination in their respective regions, submit the marking data to the Accounting and Financial Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Finance, and attach the statistical summary table of the reported data in the region, the data reporting list and the written report of the marking work.
8.Before June 21, 2024, after the data verification is completed, the results of the primary qualification examination will be issued and published on the "National Accounting Qualification Evaluation Network". At the same time, each provincial examination management agency publishes the test results, consultation** and email address of the region.
9.Before July 5, 2024, after completing the data verification and random inspection of the quality of the marking papers, the results of the senior qualification examination will be issued and published on the "National Accounting Qualification Evaluation Network", and the provincial examination management agencies will publish the examination results, consultation** and email address in their respective regions.
10.Within one month after the announcement of the examination results and passing standards, the provincial examination management institutions shall complete the review and confirmation of the relevant information of the qualified personnel, and submit the relevant information and written report of the qualified personnel to the Accounting and Financial Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Finance.
5. Other matters
1) Local examination management institutions shall organize online registration work in accordance with the time and procedures specified in the unified regulations, review the examination qualifications of candidates in strict accordance with the unified national examination registration conditions, and conscientiously and responsibly do a good job in the review of registration qualifications.
2) All provincial-level examination management institutions shall complete the pre-examination preparations such as the training of invigilators and examination staff 2 days before the start of the examination, complete the testing of all test centers, examination rooms and examination machines within 1 day before the start of the examination, and make preparations to prevent and combat cheating activities.
3) Examination management institutions at all levels should improve their sense of service, be conscientious and responsible, carefully and meticulously do a good job in all aspects of examination management, and notify candidates of the examination schedule and related matters in a timely manner to ensure the successful completion of all work of the 2024 accounting qualification examination.
4) Examination management institutions at all levels should do a good job in emergency response during the examination, and in case of emergencies, they should be properly handled in a timely manner and filed with the Accounting and Financial Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Finance.
5) Before November 30, 2024, all provincial examination management institutions shall complete the sealing, registration and archiving of relevant materials for this year's examination work, and submit the 2024 annual examination work summary to the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance and the Accounting and Financial Evaluation Center respectively.
