(1) According to the deployment, I strictly follow the 12-character general requirements of "learning ideas, strengthening party spirit, emphasizing practice, and building new achievements", insist on reading the original works, learning the original texts, and understanding the principles, so as to strengthen reading and memorization, and often learn and innovate, and promote theoretical learning to go deeper, to the truth, and to the heart. Now combined with what I have learned, thought, felt and understood, I will exchange a few experiences with you.
2) According to the ZT education deployment, I adhere to the problem-oriented, close to the actual work, around the topic of "xx", the current information reporting work difficulties, blockages, pain points for in-depth research, detailed analysis, and strive to find the right direction, find out the situation, find out the problem, the countermeasures are realistic, and strive to achieve practical results in the research process.
3) Investigation and research is the heirloom of our party, the basic skill of doing a good job in all work, and the necessary prerequisite for scientific decision-making. According to the work arrangement, in accordance with the requirements of the "four grassroots units", I went deep into the grassroots and the front line, grasped the essence and law of things through field investigation and research, found out the facts and realities of the grassroots frontline, found ways and paths to solve difficult problems, and strived to take investigation and research as a powerful starting point for solving problems and promoting work.
4) Investigation and research is not only an effective working method, but also a bridge and link with the masses. According to the deployment, I focused on the "xx topic", conducted in-depth research with "sincerity", and carried out research with "real action", so as to complete the research with "real effect".
5) Since the launch of the second batch of ZT education, I have deeply practiced the "four grassroots level", taking the answer to the "questions of development, people's livelihood, and safety" in the new era as the starting point, going deep into enterprises, communities, factories and mines, and striving to find out the situation, find out the problems, clarify the reasons, and think about the measures, and write a research report on this basis. According to the requirements of the research and symposium, the progress of the relevant work is reported as follows.
