At some point, when I saw this question, I couldn't help but shudder. I couldn't resist my urge and immediately went to answer.

My answer is: it's definitely still too late!Definitely in time!31 years old is still very young, and continuing reading is beneficial for personal growth and knowledge accumulation. Reading not only expands your field of knowledge, but also improves thinking skills, cultivates reading comprehension skills, increases literary literacy, and more.

As a point of view on a certain audio platform that won my heart said:

Without the habit of reading, one cannot acquire a pluralistic system of cognition from other perspectives. Our learning starts by imitating the people around us. It is easy to become unassertive, lose yourself, become anxious, and suffer from gains and losses.

Also, whether you're doing it for self-improvement, professional development, or pure interest, you can choose the right book for you. Set clear reading goals, build up slowly, and time will benefit you a lot.

Reading is not limited to books, but can also include articles, news, magazines, etc. The key is to stay inquisitive and open-minded about new knowledge.

Whatever field you choose, stick to it. Reading is a lifelong habit that can have a profound impact on your life.

I feel a lot about this.

For me personally, reading has long become an indispensable habit in my life. These two books have profoundly touched and changed my inner world. "Mr. * Goes to a Psychologist" guided me to explore my inner world, providing direction and concrete methods.

The Power of the Present teaches me to live in the moment and cherish every moment. I am grateful that I have chosen reading as a means of self-redemption.
