Introduction: These pressure controllers are designed for use in a variety of applications involving refrigeration, high pressure, or low pressure. The models offered have a "full range" design that allows them to be used with the refrigerants R22, R134A, R404A and dispense non-corrosive refrigerants within the controlled operating range. They can also be used in other high- or low-pressure applications such as air, water, etc. The program includes models that comply with DIN 32733 and are approved by TÜV for use with ammonia as well as tested controllers.
DescriptionThe P77 series pressure controller can be used to control functions or limit functions, depending on the model. All models are equipped with alarm contacts. All standard models have phosphor bronze bellows and brass pressure fittings. Models used with ammonia are supplied with stainless steel bellows and connectors. Devices in accordance with DIN 32733 have a double bellows on the high-pressure version. Their IP54 rating means that these pressure control devices are suitable for almost all applications.
Spacious wiring space for easy cabling and maintenance! The splash-proof enclosure (IP54) can be used for indoor and outdoor applicationsThe SPDT contacts are the standard contacts for single pressure controllers. !Trip-free manual reset can be connected to the alarm function and the control function is impossible to cover.
These controls are designed to be used as operational controls only. If an operational control failure would result in personal injury or property damage, it is the installer's responsibility to add equipment or systems that prevent or warn of the control failure. Note: Special orders** have been added to some popular models to facilitate order processing.

Mounting can be easily done with bracket 271-51 (ordered separately) or directly on the surface. Available in diameter 45 mm mounting holes and M4 holes. The adjustment range and differential adjustment can be achieved by turning the hexagonal range screw and the differential screw. The manual reset model has only one screw. The adjustment screw can be locked with the locking plate attachment (KIT023N600). The locking plate only includes devices that comply with DIN 32733. On all models, the scale indicates the high switching point (except for the P77BCA type, where the scale indicates the low (cut-off) switching point). The low switching point can be deduced by subtracting the differential value from the high switching point.
