6. Center of Excellence: Grade 10 students may choose to enroll in one of three academic centers: Business & Entrepreneurship, Innovation, or Social Justice. The Center of Excellence was created to promote hands-on, hands-on experience in the field of concentrated Xi while maintaining participation in the traditional curriculum. Students at each center have access to a unique curriculum, participate in three weeks of supervised Xi, and complete advanced projects.

7. LEAP Week Project: Life Live, Experience Experience, Advance, Prepare

"LEAP Week" is a week-long mini-program in March during which groups of students and staff will engage in a specific theme, project, or adventure. Course content typically focuses on professional skills, the arts, community service, scientific fieldwork, cultural immersion experiences, or outdoor challenges. Courses are designed based on the existing interests of members of the school community and may also involve external lecturers with relevant expertise.

8. Science Knights: The first annual Science Knights Conference was held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. The conference featured students from the National Ocean Science Bowl team as well as Myles Wagner, a recent marine biology graduate who is studying Xi marine biology at the University of Rhode Island'18 make a speech.

9. Experiential Learning Xi Program (EL): An opportunity for students to create lifelong friendships and experience truly unique learning Xi. The program offers multiple day trips throughout New England (mostly on Sundays) that are required for all freshmen, international students, and student leaders.
