KUNMING, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- "Little by little, your losses disappear into the sky......This is a self-created witty song that Ni Hui sang to college students in his anti-fraud lecture. In the past 11 years, he has traveled around and given 1,019 lectures on anti-fraud knowledge, and college students account for the vast majority of the audience.

Ni Hui, 54, is a community police officer at the Wujiaying Police Station of the Chenggong Branch of the Kunming Public Security Bureau in Yunnan Province.

At the beginning of September 2012, students in Kunming's Chenggong University Town chatted with Ni Hui about one thing, "* It's so hateful!."A freshman from our school just came to report that more than 6,000 yuan in tuition fees had not been covered before he was cheated away. The more than 6,000 yuan was made up little by little by the parents of this classmate!Hearing this, Ni Hui felt very uncomfortable, and he began to think that he had to do something for the students.

After combing through the school-related fraud cases, Ni Hui found that most of the students did not have a clear understanding of the fraud routines, and if the students had a sense of anti-fraud, the tragedy of being deceived could be avoided. So, Ni Hui convened the student cadres, told them the anti-fraud knowledge he had compiled and summarized, and asked them to tell more about the students around him to avoid everyone being deceived.

The student cadres felt that Officer Ni's anti-fraud knowledge was of great help to them, so they suggested that Officer Ni give a lecture so that more students could understand it. On September 9, 2012, Ni Hui held the first lecture on anti-fraud security knowledge.

Other universities have learned that there is such a lecture, so they have invited Ni Hui to give lectures. In the lecture, he used humorous language to combine the cases of fraud that happened to college students with relevant legal provisions, and imparted anti-fraud knowledge to the students in a relaxed way.

More and more people listened to the lecture, and the venue became larger and larger, and the lecture was later held in the school gymnasium, with nearly 7,000 teachers and students attending.

After each lecture, many students would stay and exchange ideas with Ni Hui, and the students would consult Officer Ni about the "suspected fraud attempts" they had encountered, or whether they would be deceived by some of their behaviors. Some classmates suggested that he do some ppt, and some suggested that he add other aspects of knowledge to the lecture, Ni Hui began to learn to make ppt, and he also added knowledge such as campus security, anti-terrorism and anti-riot, anti-crime and evil, and prevention of campus loans** into the lecture content.

Over the years, Ni Hui has collected a large number of real cases of fraud and filled more than 30 notebooks. He also summed up the anti-fraud "cross work method" from his work: "calm, verify, two questions, delete, virtual", that is, to be calm when encountering a situation, to find teachers and police for verification and verification, ask yourself if you know each other, ask if the other party dares to meet with yourself, suspicious text messages involving transfers will be deleted, and special questions will be asked to test the other party.

Over the years, more than 300,000 people have listened to Ni Hui's lectures on anti-fraud knowledge. At the end of each lecture, he would always remind the students to add their own WeChat, "No matter what happens, you can come to me." ”

Ni Hui sent off one class of students after another, and many students became friends with him, and his classmates affectionately called him "Brother Hui". When there is a water and power outage in the dormitory, the classmates will look for him, and even fall out of love, and some classmates will talk to "Brother Hui". The school club organizes activities, and everyone will also invite "Brother Hui" to participate.

A college student once asked Ni Hui, "Brother Hui, after you retire, can you come back to tell us?"Officer Ni replied, "As long as you call me, I will come in minutes!."”

Today, the gray-haired Officer Ni is still on the road of anti-fraud propaganda. "I'm going to keep talking," he said. Even if it only saves one person, I think it's worth it. (Reporter: Zhou Lei, Wang Yan, Reporter: Qin Yuan, Wu Zhuqing, Liang Zedong).
