Classmate Zeng. From EQ to Compressor, to song arrangement and soundtrack, I have gained a lot of professional knowledge and improved by leaps and bounds.

I learned about Meixing through a recommendation from my classmates. I had been practicing classical piano before I came into contact with Meixing. Although I had my own creative ideas, I couldn't make a decent demo based on the theoretical knowledge of creation at the time.

It was only after joining the company that I began to learn about Xi production. Among them, Mr. Xie used a lot of interesting methods to help me quickly master the use of EQ, compressor, and various effects, and finally made my own satisfactory works.

I have gained a lot of expertise in Meixing. I learned a lot Xi crafting techniques here. From EQ to Compressor to songwriting, soundtracks, and moreMeixing has transformed me from a novice producer to a qualified producer.

Not only in terms of production, but also in jazz piano, Meixing has also helped me a lot。The transition from classical piano to jazz piano was difficult, and it was a big challenge for me, who was not good at sight-reading. However, Mr. Shen was able to quickly adapt to the rhythmic patterns and basic techniques of jazz piano. I got a good play during the interview.

When I got to high school, I listened a little deeper. From Melodic Bass to Tech House, from Future Bounce to Color Bass, so I wasDecide to make your own favorite **。I gave up playing the piano and became a music production major.

Classmate Zeng. Pressure becomes power!Reasonable planning + joint efforts of teachers and students, the results are also satisfactory.

For me, I prefer to do something I love. Even though I don't think I'm good at crafting, I like it very much.

I chose Music Production & Engineering because it was a major that would improve my production skills and increase my own value in all aspects. If you can make me in this majorIt would be a matter of great pride to have your interests, specialties and careers in the same place

In the process of Xi, I did encounter many problems. Due to my own schedule issues, the portfolio was not completed on time, and a lot of things were done today or even the same day before DDL. This delayed my application by another period and increased my psychological stress.

He has made a very satisfactory work in the United States and has been affirmed in **.

My portfolio consists of two songs as well as a film soundtrack。The first one was a future bass & drum and bass I made. Future Bass has always been a popular electronic style, and it is also a style that I think is very shapely. In the second drop, I used my favorite drum and bass as the lead, because I wanted this section to enhance the rhythm of the whole song.

The second piece is a more artistic one。The theme of my work was influenced by the collaboration song "One More Day" by San Holo and Mija and the collaboration "One More Day" by Jason Ross & Blanke, and I began to think about the topic of human life and death. So I made a relatively stream-of-consciousness and artistic song with the theme of life and death.

The third piece is a film score, and the entire work is orchestral and piano-based。I gave an LGBTQ-themed ** soundtrack. It is also the work that took the longest time. The mood of the whole work changes a lot, which is a headache for me. So I spent a lot of time on it. But in the end, I made a satisfactory work.

Weigh academics and majors, improve your GPA, and catch up with your portfolio. The strength is gradually sharpened, and the United States has grown up.

The biggest difficulty in the process of learning Xi is to grasp the time and balance the academic and professional. While ensuring an increase in GPA, it is also necessary to rush out a very satisfactory portfolio. I didn't grasp it and wasted some time. This also caused my application to be delayed for a long time overall.

Secondly, the process of making is bumpy. A 3:36 second song needs to show all my skills and ideas to the school, which is undoubtedly a big challenge. Also, most of the time I've been in a situation where I'm not confident in my portfolio. I had to keep rummaging through some of the sample packs I bought or playing around with some of my plug-ins to figure out how to make the whole song fuller. It was only after this exploration that I made my work.

Go all out and leave yourself with no regrets.

The most effective advice is definitelyTreasure your time。Time is the most lacking thing in the application season, so don't let yourself be idle.

There are always a lot of paperwork and application forms waiting for you to fill out during the application season, and if you don't make good use of the time, it will make you feel a lot of pressure in the second half of the application season.

In terms of portfolio, it is necessary to be fully prepared, and be sure not to submit works that you are not satisfied with. Each portfolio needs to be carefully checked for panning, loudness, volume ratio, mixing, mastering, and overall balance. Of course, it is more important to go all out and leave no regrets behind.
