Especially the scene of Chen Yannian and Chen Qiaonian's brothers smiling at death in the play, touched everyone's deep hearts. As we all know, their father, Chen Duxiu, was one of the early founders of our party, so why did he disappear later?What happened to the rest of his children?
01 Chen Duxiu is a native of Huaining, Anhui Province, who lost his father since he was a child, and grew up under the teaching of his grandfather. The ancestors of the Chen family have always been scholars, and his grandfather instilled in him the principles of the Four Books and the Five Classics. He was admitted to Xiucai at the age of eighteen, and was later inspired by the progressive ideas of the times to travel abroad to study, and after returning to China, he participated in the establishment of the Communist Party of China, and was one of the early top leaders. 03 After Chen Duxiu parted ways with his original wife, he did not leave alone, but took away her sister Gao Junman, who was also his second wife, and the two had three children, Chen Guangmei, Chen Henian and Chen Zimei. When they were together, it was also the most difficult time for Mr. Chen's revolutionary career, so his wife and children also endured the hardships of life. Among them, Chen Guangmei's relationship with her father has always been relatively stiff, and she never mentioned her life experience, and she did not explain anything until her death. Chen Henian participated in the revolution in his early years, and later moved to Hong Kong under the influence of his father to work as a journalist, and has now died. Daughter Chen Zimei broke up with her father due to marriage, and settled in New York after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and died without any relatives around her. There is a lot of news about Chen Songnian. Due to the death of his two older brothers, he was the only one who fulfilled his filial piety by his mother's side, and after his mother's death, he came to live with his father. In order to make ends meet, he even worked as a potter. **After learning of this situation, he arranged for the local government to treat them according to the families of revolutionary martyrs, which relieved him of his burden.
