According to the framework agreement, based on the high-quality development needs of core industrial software, the two parties will jointly promote the construction of a leading digital economy core demonstration zone in China from multiple dimensions.
The first is to accelerate the construction of high-quality digital economy infrastructure in Longhua District and continuously consolidate the digital economy supply system by building a multi-layer computing power supply system, building a "digital Longhua" information and innovation base, and cultivating data element ecological clusters. The second is to create an independent and controllable whole chain of "localized tool chain" through the establishment of the "Longhua Industrial Software Cloud Engineering Application Innovation Center", cultivate and incubate the software industry, and inject source power into the development of the industry.
