After a year and a half, I met a new me!

A year and a half ago, I decided to take on the challenge of losing fat for a living, and now, I am pleasantly surprised to find that in the process, I have not only lost excess fat, but also met a new version of myself.

By learning Xi about nutrition, I adjusted my daily diet and reduced my intake of high-calorie, high-fat foods. Gradually introduce plenty of vegetables, fruits, and high-protein foods to the table for a healthier and more measured diet.

I was no longer bothered by overeating, and my body began to gradually become lighter and more energetic.

From the initial lazy state to the current weekly regular exercise schedule, I gradually developed the Xi of exercise. Whether it's outdoor running, cardio, or strength training, I've found something that works for me.

These workouts not only helped me burn fat, but also allowed me to experience the feeling of gradually becoming stronger and more energetic.

In the process of life fat loss, I deeply realized that mental health is also very important to physical health. I learned Xi ways to cope with stress, maintaining inner peace through meditation and relaxation techniques.

Not only does this help reduce anxiety during the fat loss process, but it also helps me maintain a positive mindset in my life.

A year and a half later, when I look back on this experience of living fat loss, I realize that I have changed drastically.

Not only did I lose weight and get a better shape, but more importantly, I got to know myself again, with a stronger body and a more positive mindset.

I have become more confident and my life has become more colorful.

This fat loss journey is not only a physical change, but also a new understanding of self and the beginning of a new life.

I have met a stronger and more positive self, and all of this is due to every effort and persistence in life fat loss.
