1. Contracting method: The project adopts the form of contracting labor without materials, and the water, electricity, bricks, cement, sand and gravel materials used by Party A to build the house are provided by Party A, and Party B provides labor services and construction technology.

5. During the construction process, if Party B's construction personnel are injured at work, Party B shall be responsible for all accidents such as injury to others due to construction, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility and expense.
6. Civilized construction, pay attention to professional ethics, pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene.
7. Settlement payment method: the project settlement is calculated according to the actual construction area, and Party A settles to Party B according to the calculation of each square meter, and the total price is calculated as yuan. After hitting the upper beam (that is, Party A pays Party B yuan, and the rest of the balance is paid after the acceptance of all the projects, the settlement is paid.
8. During the construction period, all contracted projects shall be completed within the date of signing and taking effect of this agreement.
9. If there are any incomplete matters in this agreement, the two parties shall jointly negotiate and settle them. In the event of any dispute between Party A and Party B arising from the performance of this contract, it shall be settled through negotiation between the two partiesIf the negotiation or mediation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction where the project is located.
10. This Agreement shall come into force on the date of signature of both parties.
11. This Agreement shall be executed in duplicate. One copy of Party A and one copy of Party B, each of which has the same legal effect.
