1. Party A will contract a set of strip rolling mill equipment to Party B for construction, and the installation scope is: the layout of anchor bolts of 750 flat rolling and 650 vertical rolling mill units, and the layout of anchor bolts of the roller table before and after the machine750 flat rolling, 650 vertical rolling mill installation, roller table installation before and after the machine;750 flat rolling, 650 vertical rolling motor and other related cooling systems, lubrication systems are within the scope of the contract.
2. Contracting method: the way of contracting labor and equipment.
3. Contracting**: The lump sum price is RMB.
4. Party A shall provide all equipment construction drawings and equipment materials in time to avoid delays.
5. Party A shall be responsible for the accommodation expenses of all installation personnel, the tools required for installation and the necessary labor protection supplies.
6. During the construction of Party B, Party A shall provide 1 technician to cooperate with the construction.
7. After the installation is completed, Party B shall ensure that the equipment is installed correctly and that the equipment manufacturer presides over the commissioning, and Party B shall accompany the whole process, and the problems found shall be solved in time until the normal operation of the equipment.
8. Payment method: After Party B's construction personnel enter the factory, Party A needs to pay RMB 10,000 yuan as an advance payment, and then pay RMB 10,000 yuan after the completion of the equipment foundation, and the remaining 10,000 yuan after the equipment installation and commissioning is completed, Party A should settle the balance within five days.
9. The project is based on the installation quality inspection and evaluation standards for the quality of the project, and Party B must strictly follow the construction drawings for construction, and must comply with the installation technical specifications, regulations and standards for construction, and accept the supervision of Party A's engineering and technical personnel. Party B shall be solely responsible for the construction safety accident, and Party A shall not be responsible for any safety accident in the project.
10. If Party B is incompetent for the installation project due to its own insufficient construction technology and leaves the site halfway, Party B shall not settle any project payment, and Party A shall have the right to claim compensation.
11. If Party A is late in paying the project money, it shall bear liquidated damages to Party B according to the standard of 3/1000 of the overdue amount per day.
12. In the event of any dispute between Party A and Party B arising from the performance of this contract, it shall be settled by both parties through negotiationIf negotiation or mediation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction at the place where the plaintiff is located.
13. This Agreement shall be established and take effect after being signed or sealed by both parties.
14. This Agreement shall be executed in duplicate, one copy for each party, and each copy shall have the same legal effect.
