High frequency vibration fatigue test method.
The frequency of alternating load in the conventional fatigue test is generally lower than 200Hz, and the fatigue damage of some parts in the high-frequency environmental state cannot be accurately measured, and the high-frequency vibration test uses the test equipment to generate the alternating inertia force containing the characteristics of cyclic load of about 1000Hz to act on the fatigue sample, which can meet the fatigue performance research of metal materials in service under high-frequency, low-amplitude and high-cycle environmental conditions. The high-frequency vibration test is mainly used for the needs of military and civilian mechanical engineering. Test setups typically include: controllers, charge adapters, power amplifiers, accelerometers, shakers, etc.

Hasteloy b is a face-centered cubic lattice structure. By controlling the iron and chromium content to a minimum, the brittleness of the processing is reduced and the precipitation of the Ni4Mo phase between 700 and 870 is prevented.
The nickel-molybdenum alloy Hastelloy B has a very low carbon and silicon content, which reduces the precipitation of carbon and other impurities in the weld heat-affected zone, so its welds are also corrosion-resistant. The alloy Hasteloy B-2 has very good corrosion resistance in reducing media, such as hydrochloric acid solutions at various temperatures and concentrations. It also has good corrosion resistance in medium concentrations of sulfuric acid solutions (or containing a certain amount of chloride ions). It can also be used in acetic acid and phosphoric acid environments. Alloy materials can only have the best corrosion resistance if they are in a suitable metallographic state and have a pure crystal structure.
