The water stop on the surface of the steam turbine house mainly includes the pouring of the concrete layer of the roof and the sealing of the external wall, which creates good traffic safety conditions for the installation of equipment in the steam engine room, and also marks that the area of the No. 4 engine room of the project will fully enter the equipment installation stage.

As the first million-kilowatt coal-fired power project approved during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period in Zhejiang Province, the project has insisted on safety, made every effort to ensure quality, overcome the adverse effects of meteorological factors such as high temperatures, typhoons, and cold waves, and made every effort to accelerate construction since the start of construction.

The project unit 4 steam turbine house is 33 long in the north-south direction5 meters, 99 meters long in the east-west direction, using the structure of "steel roof truss + profiled plate + concrete floor slab", with a pouring area of about 33165 square meters. Stationary concrete pumps were used for pouring, and a total of about 153 cubic meters of C50 concrete were used after the construction was completed. The 50-meter-high turbine room is divided into four floors, and the turbine generator, the "heart" of the coal-fired power company's generator set, is located in it.

It is reported that in order to successfully complete the "steam engine room water stop", the second phase of the Liuheng Power Plant project was planned in advance, the construction plan of the superstructure of the steam engine room of Unit 4 was prepared, and the construction preparation, schedule plan and quality assurance measures were carefully and deeply deployed. During the construction process, the project department commands and coordinates the whole process, and manages equipment, personnel and materials as a whole. In the process of continuous pouring, the supervisor, safety officer and other relevant persons in charge of the project supervised the whole process to ensure the successful completion.

At present, the second phase of Zheneng Liuheng Power Plant has realized the traffic safety of the centralized control room, DCS power reception, the roofing layer of the coal crusher room, and the closing of the front furnace door of the boiler of Unit 3, and other important nodes, and the two units are expected to be completed and put into operation next year, which can save about 130,000 tons of standard coal per year.
