Adhering to the belief of carrying forward the revolutionary tradition and inheriting the red gene, the branch committee of the Huai'an Qingjiangpu Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce held a theme party day activity on November 23. In order to deepen the study and Xi of the party's revolutionary history and enhance the advanced nature of party members in work and life, Wei Baojun, secretary of the branch of the Chamber of Commerce, led a delegation of party members and member representatives, including Liu Hankang, Dai Qifei, Zhou Haifeng, Liu Shanshu, Wang Yonghong, Yao Han, Jiang Meiling, Wang Youhao, Liu Mumin, to visit the 26 martyrs cemetery in Hongze District to visit and study Xi.
The 26th Martyrs Cemetery was established to commemorate the heroic sacrifice of the 52nd Regiment of the 1st Division of the New Fourth Army against the Japanese army in 1945. In this blocking battle, the 52nd Regiment of the 1st Division of the New Fourth Army fought bravely, carried out a total of 14 defenses, and successfully killed 72 Japanese soldiers and more than 200 puppet soldiers, but also paid the lives of 26 warriors.
During the visit, the narrator vividly and meticulously introduced the history and objects, so that everyone could more deeply feel the revolutionary spirit of not being afraid of sacrifice, moving forward bravely, and fighting bravely. The participants expressed that they would always remember history, carry forward the revolutionary tradition, turn their respect for the martyrs into motivation for their work, perform their duties in a down-to-earth manner, and become strivers in the new era.
Huai'an Qingjiangpu Young Entrepreneurs Chamber of Commerce will continue to hold diversified party building activities, strengthen the political cognition of member enterprises, guide them to "know the party's favor, listen to the party, and follow the party", and fully apply the party's cohesion and combat effectiveness to the development of enterprises.
