Interviewee: Ren Bin (37 years old) I am a photography enthusiast and taught myself photography many years ago because of my work. Slowly, I fell in love with photography, and my subjects were no longer limited to my work, but more focused on the city where I lived.
Since 2016, I have been photographing the viaduct in Shijiazhuang. The viaducts that extend in all directions fly over the streets of Shijiazhuang like dragons, witnessing the rapid development of the city, and I like this feeling very much.
From then on, I started shooting along the Second Ring Road, photographing one bridge for every bridge. I will be very patient to find different shooting angles and shooting times, for example, I will find the commanding height around the viaduct and shoot it from the top with the lens, so that I can capture the grandeur of the viaduct;I also like to shoot night scenes, and after simple post-production, ** show the city in all its glamour and traffic. I'm obsessed with photographing bridges, and so far, I've taken more than a dozen bridges as I stop and go. Of course, the new Hutuo River Bridge in Shijiazhuang this year and the new bridge in the municipal reconstruction of the North Third Ring Road also attracted me. I made an appointment with friends from the photography industry to check in together.
Of course, the viaduct is only part of what I photographed. In the past two years, like many young people, I also joined the team of "City Walk", and in the city walk, I aimed the camera at the strong cultural trend of Shijiazhuang, Zhengding Ancient City, Luquan Landscape, Locomotive Pedestrian Street, Hebei Museum, Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall and other urban cultural landscapes have left my footprints, among which the most shocking is the butterfly change in the area of Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street, Zhengtai Hotel and Zhengtai Plaza.
I remember when I was in college, I took a train from my hometown of Dingzhou to Shijiazhuang, got off the train, crossed an overpass and took bus No. 118 near the monument to go back to school. At that time, although the Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street was prosperous, it was noisy, dirty, and a little dilapidated. But now, it's a completely different place. I went there a few days ago to shoot the night scene, Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street is holding a lantern exhibition to welcome the New Year's Day, winter night, the neon lights under the Wanli Temple Pedestrian Street is full of tourists, a special shop is very lively, bright light show, exquisite landscape sketches are dizzying, worthy of being rated as "National Demonstration Pedestrian Street" by the Ministry of Commerce this year.
Zhengtai Hotel and Dashiqiao carry the rich history and culture of Shijiazhuang, and are the "origin" of urban construction and development. Interviewee: Yang Jiamei (38 years old) My ancestral home is Gu'an, Langfang City, and I chose to come to Shishi after graduating from university for a very simple reason - this is the provincial capital, with a good environment, many opportunities, strong inclusiveness, and people are very friendly.
Since having children, I've been more motivated to take this immersive city walk. Watching my child grow up day by day, I want to take him out for a walk more, and the more he walks, the more he sees, the more deeply he can understand the city he lives in.
We will go to the nearby flower garden and People's Square to enjoy the scenery;Go to the Hebei Museum and Hebei Provincial Library to touch the humanities;Go to Wanda Plaza and Dongsheng Plaza to feel the fireworks in the world. However, the children's favorite places are the Hebei Museum and the Shijiazhuang Liberation Memorial Hall.

In my eyes, the fashion trend pursued by young people today is no longer confined to traditional trendy clothing, but an attitude towards life - returning to the true nature of life in the noise.
In 2019, after graduating from university, I returned to my beloved hometown and found that the city was becoming more and more fashionable and vibrant.
