Shanghai is the cradle of the Chinese working class and the birthplace of the Chinese workers' movement and trade union organizations. The Secretariat of the Chinese Labor Union was the first organization of the Communist Party of China to openly lead the workers' movement, and witnessed the immortal contributions made by the early Communists to the cause of the liberation of the working class.
Recently, the "1925 Red Classic Reading Salon" was held in Shanghai Book City Jiuliu Square Store, sponsored by Shanghai Yanhuang Culture Propaganda Group and Shanghai Xinhua Media Chain, and co-organized by Shanghai Book City and 1925 Book Company. Wang Mengmeng, the author of the book "Sonorous Overture - Secretariat of the Chinese Labor Union" of the "Red Starting Point" series, focuses on the content of this book, combined with creative experience, and tells the little-known but should not be forgotten red past. She used the stills of the revolutionary historical TV series "The Awakening Age" as an introduction to lead the readers back to the era of the alternation of the old and the new more than 100 years ago, and the breakthrough of the storm, and watched the early communists carry out the workers' movement in Shanghai Tang, where countless legendary stories take place every day.
Just like the background of the times shown in "The Age of Awakening", the Xinhai Revolution that broke out in 1911 overthrew the old dynasty, but did not usher in a real new era for ChinaThe victory of the October Revolution ushered in a new era for mankind; The New Culture Movement arose, and the clarion call for democracy and science sounded in the EastThe outbreak of the May Fourth Movement marked the beginning of new democracy and the widespread dissemination of Marxism. The awakened people began to rise up in revolt, and the wave of revolution was about to sweep across the mountains and rivers. The solid force of the working class has stepped onto the broad stage of history. On August 11, 1921, the Secretariat of the Chinese Labor Union, the general body that openly led the national workers' movement and later the predecessor of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, was born in Shanghai. Soon after its founding, it published in its new magazine, the Communist Party, the following words: "Workers of China!."Let's hurry up and unite into a labor union."
Li Qihan, director general of the Secretariat of the Chinese Labor Union, is an important figure in the history of the Chinese workers' movement and the early history of the Communist Party of China, and is not well known because he died early in 1927. Wang Mengmeng recreates with vivid plots and rich details how Li Qihan went to Beijing from the mountain towns of Hunan ethnic minorities to study and pursue the truthHow did he come to Shanghai under the influence of his fellow countryman Deng Zhongxia and revolutionary mentors Li Dazhao and Chen Duxiu, and became the backbone of the early organization of the Shanghai Communist PartyHow to learn Shanghainese and integrate into the low-level labor group; How to set up night schools for workers to enlighten and eradicate illiteracy and disseminate Marxist ideas; How to establish the revolutionary journal "Labor Weekly", initiate the convening of the first national labor conference, initiate the organization of strike struggles and other labor movement activities; And how to be imprisoned and unyielding, and be called "the first comrade of our party who was the earliest and most bitter in prison" ......
Wang Mengmeng admitted frankly that she was confused when she first received the creative task. Since the Secretariat of the Chinese Labor Union was born in the early days after the founding of the CCP, it did not last long, and the representative figures died too early, leaving few relevant materials. In the stage of collecting and sorting out materials, faced with the limited and boring constitution, meeting minutes, documents, news reports, etc., I had no choice but to consult with relevant experts from the Shanghai Party History Office and the Federation of Trade Unions, and read books on the founding of the party and the biographies of the early leaders of the Communist Party of China as references. Later, he gradually locked his eyes on Deng Zhongxia and Li Qihan, two pioneers of the labor movement who were both classmates and comrades-in-arms. "What touched and resonated with me the most was the life experiences and emotional world of Deng Zhongxia and Li Qihan, as ordinary, flesh-and-blood individuals, after devoting themselves to the turbulent waves of the revolution. ”
In the future, the "1925 Red Classics Reading Salon" series will continue to focus on the study and education of party history, with the reading of red classics as the main line, so that the red culture will be deeply rooted in the hearts of readers and integrated into the blood of the city.
The snow is in mind, and everything is hidden in winter and waiting for spring to come. "Drinking snow into poetry, time dyes cold, spring can be expected, as soon as the wax moon arrives, the year is about to pass, flowers and trees are preparing for winter, people are also busy conditioning winter affairs, the ice and snow are filled with a group of farewell to the old and welcome the new, jubilant atmosphere. In many classic works of Pingdan, there are vivid descriptions about the cold winter and snow-"firecrackers urge the wax to go", "the snow is flying all over the mountains, and a hero rushes to the wind and snow", "the years rush to the wax side" and so on.
Behind these classics, it reflects the careful condensation and creation of the artistic characteristics of the predecessors of Pingtan, especially in the creation of atmosphere and artistic conception, Pingtan art has its own unique depiction techniques. The activity selects the representative famous classics in the novella "We Must Repair the Huai River" and "Lin Chong" to appreciate and analyze, and the young and middle-aged actors of the Shanghai Pingtan Troupe will focus on the latest achievements in the inheritance of the bibliography.
Lu Jiawei lectured on "Plum Bamboo", "The firecrackers urged the wax to go, and suddenly heard that the plum newspaper returned in early spring." "The winter plum that is proud of the snow and spring, and the green bamboo, all have a noble style that is not afraid of severe frost. The classic opening of the lyrics "Plum Bamboo" implicitly expresses the interaction between the ancient readers, "plain as water, not vanity", the lyrics are clear and refined, the singing rhythm is soothing, and it sounds euphemistic and soft, with a strong charm.
Hou Xiaosheng performed "Lin Chong" and selected the song "Hotel", Lu Jiawei performed "Lin Chong" and "Treading Snow", and Hou Xiaosheng, Fang Zhu Wanwei and Zhang Zhenyang performed "Lin Chong" and excerpts "Fengxue Mountain Temple". The novella "Lin Chong" is the first novella with a traditional theme created and performed by the Shanghai Pingtan Troupe after its establishment, and it gathers the famous commentators of the whole troupe at that time: such as Jiang Yuequan, Liu Tianyun, Zhou Yunrui, Zhang Hongsheng, etc. The work is based on the classical ** "Water Margin" and is adapted from the Peking Opera "Wild Boar Forest".
The three fragments of "Hotel", "Treading Snow" and "Fengxue Mountain Temple" tell the story of Lin Chong after drinking in a small hotel to relieve his boredom, stepping on the snow and turning to the forage field, and staying in the mountain temple. Through the performance of the commentators' bold and emotional voices, it vividly portrays the heroic feelings and heroism of Lin Chong who does not bow his head for the wind and snow under the predicament of flying snow peaks and mountains and cold days.
Hou Xiaosheng performed "Must Repair the Huai River" and selected the song "Stay for the New Year", and Yao Yiyi and Deng Jia performed "Must Repair the Huai River" and selected the song "New Year's Gong and Drum Ringing in the Sky". On November 21, 1951, the "Eighteen Artists" formed the first national group in the field of Pingdan, the Shanghai People's Pingtan Working Group, which was the predecessor of the Shanghai Pingtan Troupe. On the third day of the founding of the troupe, they rushed to the construction site of the Huai River with their bags on their shoulders to create the novella "We Must Repair the Huai River", and the performance was full for three consecutive months, thus creating a good tradition of the Shanghai Pingtan Troupe creating realistic themes and describing the characters of the times.
Among them, the classic songs "Staying for the New Year" and "New Year's Gongs and Drums Ring in the Sky" show the cultural consciousness of artists who embraced the times and eulogized heroes during the founding of the troupe, and transformed from red artists in the old society to new Chinese literary and art workers.
