Because it grows between the Dongting Mountains, it is also called "Dongting Biluochun". The harvest of Biluochun is also a high standard, and the best time to pick is from the spring equinox to Qingming, and the quality of Biluochun tea harvested during this time period is the best.

For high-quality Biluochun, one pound of dry tea requires six to seventy thousand tea buds. The dry tea obtained by frying is tight, revealing white hairs, green and dripping, rolling like a snail, giving people a noble and elegant feeling, so it is called "Biluo Spring". In order to ensure the quality of Biluochun, it is necessary to do fresh picking, fresh frying, and not frying low-quality tea overnight. Its processing technology is mainly divided into: rolling, withering and frying.

It is best to use a glass or white porcelain bowl to brew Biluochun, and the water temperature is between 80-90, otherwise, if it is too hot, it will lose its umami and fragrance. The ratio of tea is 1:30, which can be adjusted according to personal preference, and there is no need to wash the tea. Prepare tea and tea utensils, usually use a glass of about 200 ml, put an appropriate amount of warm water, and clean the tea utensils. Pour out the water, add an appropriate amount of warm water to seventy, put in five grams of tea leaves, let the tea slowly submerge into the water, and you can drink.

Once this tea is brewed, the tea soup is yellow-green, clear and bright, there will be a white cloud churning in the cup, the tea aroma is pure and quiet, with fresh floral and fruity aromas, and a slight aroma. The taste is fresh, the concentration is moderate, and the entrance feels soft without any astringency. The tea soup has a very long-lasting aftertaste, and the taste is fresh and refreshing after drinking. It is known as one of China's famous teas. The Biluochun tea leaves that have been brewed many times are still filled with a rich tea fragrance and a sweet aftertaste.

The storage period of Biluochun is 1 year, and the storage conditions are: light, moisture-proof, odor-proof, and sealed. Wrap the green tea in an aluminum foil bag, squeeze out the excess air, and then plug the mouth of the bag tightly. After sealing, put the tea bag in an iron or tin can, cover it, and then store it in the refrigerator in a cold room upright. If you can drink it in less than 2 months, you can store it at room temperature and in a cool place.

Relatives and friends meet, business talks, friends gather to have a pot of Biluochun, the subtle and strong tea fragrance entangles the tip of the tongue, taste a pot of Biluochun, the years are quiet. Isn't it beautiful to be accompanied by good tea!
