The guqin, commonly known as the lyre, is one of the oldest plucked string instruments in China, with a history of more than 3,000 years. Zhang Tingting, as the municipal intangible cultural heritage inheritor of the Shu school guqin, played the representative song of the Shu school guqin "Flowing Water" at the Fengge Women's Night. Her vivid interpretation allowed all the guests present to understand the beauty of the Shu school guqin, as if stepping into a quiet and distant world.
Zhang Tingting is in the middle of the performance.
Zhang Tingting began to learn guqin in 1999, and her enlightenment teacher was Gao Peifen, a representative of the Zhucheng School. Later, she was admitted to Sichuan ** College and studied with the famous Shu guqin master Zeng Chengwei. Guqin is divided into nine major schools in China. Zhang Tingting introduced that when the three factors of inheritors, inheritance repertoire, and representative factions of qin studies are complete, a genre can be formed. "The inheritance of our Shu school guqin is "Tianwen Pavilion Qin Score". From the ancestor Zhang Kongshan to our generation, it is already the seventh generation. ”
The guqin is divided into nine schools in China, but after exchange and integration, the styles between the factions are no longer very different. "When I was in school, my teacher would also teach us repertoire from other schools and experience the characteristics of different genres. Even so, Zhang Tingting still believes that the characteristics of the Shu guqin should be retained. "When we play the representative qin music of the Shu School, such as "Autumn Water", we still have to retain its characteristics in order to achieve that artistic effect. ”
After arriving at the venue on the morning of the 27th, Zhang Tingting immediately began to make meticulous preparations, in order to welcome the "Fengge Women's Night" in the best condition. At the event that night, the "Liquan Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritance Plan" was released. Through the establishment of a training program for female intangible cultural heritage inheritors, the program aims to enable more women to understand and master intangible cultural heritage skills and become guardians and inheritors of intangible cultural heritage through professional skills training.
I am very honored to be invited to participate in the 2023 Fengge Women's Annual Public Welfare Ceremony, and I am the representative inheritor of the Shu School Guqin, an intangible cultural heritage project. After more than 3,000 years of development, the art of guqin draws nutrients from history and culture, and inspires inspiration in modern civilization. With the theme of 'Wisdom, Creativity, and Inspiring the Future', this ceremony also took this opportunity to continue the spiritual culture of the Chinese nation through its roots, pass on the torch, and pass on the power of women in the new era. Zhang Tingting said.
