As long as the team is united, there is no dream that cannot be realized, and no career that cannot be successful.
So, how to build a cohesive and combat-ready team?How do we make our team invincible and invincible?
Leadership and influence are the key of the key. Only when the whole team is convinced by you, can you work hard in one place and use your strength in one place.
If you want to lead and influence, three things are crucial: show the way;Influencing the crowd;Lead by example.
1.Show the way
The leader is the leader, the one who leads everyone to unite and move towards the goal.
Leadership is the ability to get results in the right direction. Therefore, if you want to do a good job of leadership, you have to think about these questions:
Will our company still be mainly engaged in this industry in 5 years?Why?What's the point?Are there any other considerations?What about 10 years from now?It takes a lot of thought.
3 What is the position of our company in the industry in 5 years?What is the vision?What is the purpose?What is the mission?Is there a strategic vision?Is there an implementation path?This requires good planning.
Why do we have these businesses today?Is it in line with the macro idea of the company's development?Are there synergies between businesses?This needs to be scrutinized.
Is our company's industrial form and business model in line with the social development trend in the next 10 or 20 years?It takes a lot of thought.
If the most important 5 to 10 core members of the team are interviewed one by one on the above questions, and everyone answers them basically the same, then it can be considered that the team led has a "direction"!
2.Make an impact
Regarding influence, I personally believe that influence is the mental magic that belongs to the team leader, which can manipulate other people's behaviors, attitudes and values, just like a baton. Influence, it means that leaders have the ability to change, guide or inspire others to think and act.
On the road to leading a team to start a business, there are several key issues that must be clarified:
Do the important members of our team really agree with our common direction?
Don't just have different hearts and mouths, do they really think in one place and work hard in one place?
Think back and remember, as the leader of the team, how many times a year do you talk to the most important members of the company's team?As the leader of a team, do you really understand their psychological dynamics?
Do they understand your dreams, your strategy, and your ultimate goals?
Does the company's culture imprint leave visible traces on the team members?Or were they personally influenced by the company's founder?If so, what are these cultural characteristics, imprints, and influences?
When you think about these questions, you will be able to clearly understand whether you have influence on other people and how effective your influence is.
3.Lead by example.
The most direct way to exert leadership and influence is to lead by example, asking yourself to do it before you ask others to do it. As a leader, it is easy for you to be hostile to your team members if you are strict with others and lenient with yourself.
Therefore, there are several issues that need to be clarified in the direction of leadership:
First of all, do team leaders really take the company's or team's mission, goals, and development path to heart, and always closely link the specific issues in front of them with the direction of the team's development for consideration, decision-making, and action?
Secondly, how can the team leader make the team members feel his sense of direction, the spirit of doing business and the passion for work?
Finally, how do team leaders allocate their energy, how do they manage their time, and how do they prioritize their priorities?Only when these questions are clearly answered and effectively implemented can we truly exert leadership and influence and lead the entrepreneurial team to success.
