If you are a business boss, you are very good at the market and customers, and you are good at negotiating orders and getting customers, but you are not sensitive to finance, management and operation, strategic layout, etc., and may not be able to see or ignore it;

Many bosses in traditional industries are often too focused on their own profession, and it is difficult for capable employees to get started, not to mention that employees can play a great value, and it is difficult for excellent talents to find a sense of achievement.

Talent is the core of an enterprise, and the resignation of talent is a loss or even a huge loss or injury to the enterprise. Think about how I left my job many years ago.

Therefore, if you want to do a good job in the enterprise, the boss must not become too professional, or even become an expert in a certain aspect, excellent bosses are always doing "layout" and "management talents", and they adhere to the principle of "professional things are handed over to professional people to do".
