The Ming Dynasty was founded 276 years ago and went through 16 emperors.

In the Ming Dynasty, there were many strange emperors, and absurd things emerged in endlessly, such as the cricket emperor, the carpentry emperor, the mother-lover plot, the alchemy emperor、、、 and even the emperor who had not been in court for a long time.

Today we will take stock of those Ming Dynasty emperors who did not go to court.

Not on the originator of the dynasty.

Zhu Jianshen, the eighth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, the eldest son of Zhu Qizhen of Yingzong of the Ming Dynasty.

His father Zhu Qizhen was captured by Wara, and his uncle Zhu Qiyu of the Ming Dynasty ascended the throne, and he was deposed as the prince soon after becoming the prince.

In 1457, Zhu Qizhen was successfully restored, and Zhu Jianshen was once again canonized as the crown prince and succeeded to the throne in 1465.

Due to the two abolitions, the personality is withdrawn, unwilling to ask the rights and wrongs of the court, all day long with Wan Guifei in the harem to study Taoism, calligraphy and painting, up to fifteen years without seeing the courtiers, important things are all conveyed through the eunuchs, so that some ministers only know the eunuchs of the inner court, do not see the emperor's true face.

The tenth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, the eldest son of Zhu Youzhu of the Ming Dynasty, the year name Zhengde.

Emperor Zhengde was both civil and military, liked to compete with his generals for military merits, and preferred to wander around for fun, and once patrolled the south of the Yangtze River four times.

Emperor Zhengde favored the eunuch Liu Jin and others, and used Liu Jin and other eunuchs to confront the courtiers who restrained him, and had fun in the leopard room all day long.

What's more, in order to no longer listen to the minister's advice and nagging, Zhu Houzhao began not to go to court for a long time.

He has not been in court for more than 20 years.

After the death of Ming Wuzong Zhu Houzhao, because he had no heirs, he was succeeded by his cousin Zhu Houxi, who was Ming Shizong. Zhu Houxi was the eleventh emperor of the Ming Dynasty and reigned for 46 years.

During the reign of Emperor Jiajing, he was not greedy for money and was not lustful, but he was obsessed with alchemy and immortality.

Due to the long-term use of pills, he caused heavy metal poisoning, and his personality was weird, and even caused a change in Renyin's palace.

Affected by the "Great Rites Discussion Incident" and the "Renyin Palace Incident", Zhu Houxi began to dislike the government and politics, hid in the harem and cultivated, and did not go to the court for more than 20 years, and all court affairs were handled by the cabinet and the celebrant supervisor.

He did not go to court for 30 years.

The thirteenth emperor of the Ming Dynasty, the third son of Ming Muzong Zhu Zaiyuan, reigned for 48 years, and was the longest-reigning emperor of the Ming Dynasty.

Because the father Emperor Longqing died after reigning for 6 years, Zhu Yijun, who was only 10 years old, ascended the throne as Mingshenzong with the year name Wanli.

Before Wanli's pro-government, with the assistance of Zhang Juzheng, Feng Bao and Empress Dowager Li, the Ming Dynasty had an unprecedented scene, which was the richest moment since the founding of the Ming Dynasty, and was known as "Wanli Zhongxing" in history.

In 1582, Zhang Juzheng, the initiator of the "Wanli New Deal", died of illness, and Zhu Yijun, who was 20 years old, was in power.

Got rid of the constraints of the ministers, Emperor Wanli began to let himself go, indulged in alcohol all day long, was lazy with government affairs, and did not go to court for thirty years.
