Organize professional course teachers to participate in professional and technical ability improvement, integrated teaching of engineering and learning, "1+X" vocational skill level certificate and other professional ability training 23 times, and the number of teachers and staff participating is 57;Smooth the two-way flow of vocational education teachers between schools and enterprises, organize 41 teachers to go to enterprises in two batches for practical training and internship, effectively improve the teaching level of teachers' vocational education, and realize resource complementarity and collaborative education. The third is to actively "melt together" and improve the quality of student training. Hire 5 enterprise experts as student practice mentors and career planning mentors, formulate student training plans, guide students in practical operations, enrich the way of school and enterprise education, and achieve high-quality employment. Jointly with a third-party company to establish a practical teaching base, it has opened four practical teaching courses such as "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education", with a total of 270 teaching hours and benefiting 1,300 students. More than 300 students were organized to study in Yinchuan e-commerce live public service and other training bases, and 7 special lectures on surveying and mapping, e-commerce skills and other topics were carried out by enterprise experts, with more than 500 participants, which further stimulated students' enthusiasm for learning.
