The atmosphere of the class affects the state of each student, and a positive class atmosphere will make students' learning, life and entertainment twice as effective with half the effort. I always believe that the development of students must be the result of the dual effect of the class system (external factors) + students' internal motivation (internal factors). Internal factors are always fundamental, as long as there is internal motivation, every student will achieve the best version of themselves. In order to cultivate students' internal motivation and mobilize students' enthusiasm, I implement the "small tree buds" system in class management, which is mainly based on encouragement, and our bonus points are hierarchical and grouped, which is tailored to each student.
For different students, their strengths are also different. For example, students who can read aloud can share and recite a beautiful essay with their classmates every week to stamp a small tree bud, or students who insist on doing housework every day can also distribute it, etc., which can not only meet the differences of students, but also promote their multi-faceted development.
I cultivate students' self-management skills in the form of democratic class management in the classroom. The implementation of this class contracting system is intended to mobilize students' awareness of active participation and reflect the people-oriented thinking. For the whole class, he advocated that "there are people to do everything, everyone has something to do, there is nothing that no one does, and there is no one who has nothing to do".
1.First of all, the refined division of labor table of "everyone has something to do, and everything is managed" was made and publicized. Contracting out everything from class to group activities to doors and windows to the whole class.
2.In the class meeting, the auction is used to determine the person who is responsible for each position. The auction method can not only arouse the interest of the students, but also make them understand that the current position is not easy to come by, and they must be serious and responsible.
3.Sign an agreement and train to work. The affairs of the class have been implemented by the individual, and the responsibility has also been implemented by the person. Through training, the people are clear about their responsibilities and obligations, and they can cultivate their own one-third of an acre of land.
At the beginning, the students were driven by the three-minute heat, and set off a frenzy of job craze. For example, the classmate who contracted the blackboard, before the class bell rang, he had already rushed forward and started to wipe the blackboard. And the little guards between classes are not to be outdone, and they are like sentinels who keep patrolling and arresting the students who are chasing and fighting.
However, once the three-minute heat fades, many contractors in many positions will forget about their work, and they will begin to appear absent and perfunctory. At this time, it is necessary to implement a system of clear rewards and punishments. Praise the outstanding "advanced elements of work" so that they can maintain enthusiasm and enthusiasm for their work, and at the same time let those who are sluggish learn lessons and do their own work well.
I was pleasantly surprised that because the responsibility is clear to the individual, there are fewer cases of indiscriminate filling, and they can complete the work innovatively on the basis of the work done. For example, at the beginning, the three class representatives just found a vacant space on the blackboard to write the homework announcement, which caused the students to be confused when registering their homework. However, with the competition for positions, the class representatives did their best to publicize the homework by fixing the position, making the **, dividing the area, etc., so that the students could see it at a glance and the blackboard was more beautiful.
However, class management is not a one-time job, but a long process of habit formation. It is necessary for the class teacher to persist and keep pace with the times, and there is a long way to go. The class contracting responsibility system needs to pay attention to ideological education, so that students can improve their understanding of their own work, enhance their sense of responsibility for themselves and the class, and let every student become the leader and manager of the class.
