Overview of sponge cities
The sponge city monitoring system is an important part of the "sponge city integrated management and control platform", which reflects the construction results of the sponge city with the actual monitoring data through the monitoring of important points, and provides data support for the evaluation of the effectiveness of sponge city construction.
Applicable to monitoring objects.
Rainfall monitoring. Monitor rainfall in different areas and provide accurate rainfall data.
Cavernous body monitoring.
Evaluate the operation effect of the facility by monitoring the water quantity and water quality of the main sponge bodies such as grass planting ditches, green roofs, and rain gardens;
Through the monitoring of water level, quantity and water quality of important sponge bodies such as artificial lakes, landscape rivers and reservoirs, the rainwater accumulation status can be mastered.
Drainage facility monitoring.
Set up water level monitoring points in the historical water accumulation area of the road to monitor the water accumulation;
Monitor water quality and quantity at the total rainwater discharge outlet of the project, and grasp the runoff control and pollutant removal effect in the built-up area of the project
Liquid level and flow monitoring are carried out at key nodes of the drainage pipe network, and process monitoring data is collected to provide a basis for the evaluation of the operation status of the pipeline network and risk early warning.
Temperature, groundwater monitoring.
Set up temperature monitoring points to understand the trend of temperature changes and quantitatively assess the heat island effect
Groundwater monitoring points are set up to understand the changes in groundwater level and water quality, and to evaluate the results of water resource protection in sponge cities.
River (lake) system monitoring.
In the key sections of the river (lake) water system, the water level, water quantity and water quality monitoring points are arranged, and the monitoring indicators are taken as an important basis for the assessment of water environment and water safety and quality.
Other monitoring. According to the details of the project site, the monitoring content and monitoring method should be determined according to local conditions.
The whole process monitoring content of sponge city.
Sponge City** monitoring system.
A list of devices.
Statistical analysis.
Daily assessments. The sponge city monitoring scheme needs to fully consider the systematic monitoring of typical projects and facilities covering the source, process and end, key nodes of the pipeline network and their corresponding receiving water bodies in different drainage zones
Flow monitoring methods include electromagnetic, ultrasonic, turbine, thin-walled weir, ultrasonic Doppler flow velocity-area method, radar flow velocity-area method, etcThe water level can be monitored by pressure, ultrasonic, radar, pontoon, magnetostrictive, magnetoresistive, capacitive and other sensors or image rulers, so it is necessary to select suitable monitoring equipment for different application scenarios.
Black and smelly water
Overview. The black smell is in the water, the root is on the shore, the core is in the pipe network, and the key is the outlet." In order to ensure the successful completion of the remediation goals of urban black and odorous water bodies in various regions, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other departments have formulated the "Guidelines for the Remediation of Urban Black and Odorous Water Bodies", and put forward the technical route of "source control and pollution interception, endogenous treatment, and ecological restoration", and take "source control and pollution interception" as the fundamental measure for the remediation of urban black and odorous water bodies.
Applicable to monitoring objects.
Outfall monitoring.
Install flow and water quality monitoring equipment at key sewage outlets into the river (lake), real-time dynamic monitoring and quantitative evaluation of the contribution rate of each outlet to water pollutants, grasp the drainage law, provide quantitative data support for the planning and design of black and odor remediation measures, and provide data basis and early warning in order to cope with emergencies such as changes in water quality and quantity of sewage outlets.
River system monitoring.
Liquid level, flow and water quality monitoring equipment is deployed in key river sections to dynamically monitor and track the changes in water quality and quantity of surface water and realize early warning and forecasting, so as to further comprehensively evaluate the effect of black and odor control.
