In this regard, the "Sanyang Community Points System Assessment and Rectification Notice" circulated on the Internet shows that according to the "Sanyang Community Civilized City, Human Settlements Long-term Management and Protection Points System Assessment Measures", the community assessment team conducted a point system assessment for each natural village group on December 14. During the assessment, it was found that the resident Chen Moumou had restored poultry and livestock, and required rectification to be in place before December 31. The notice mentions that the community assessment team will conduct a review, and if the review is not qualified, the household will cancel the village-level pension payment from the quarter of the assessment, as well as all other benefits of the community (including the political examination of family members, party membership, work certificates, practice certificates, etc.).

According to reports, Sanyang community staff said that the community did not explicitly prohibit residents from raising poultry and livestock, but it was not recommended for them to raise them. The "village-level pension" in the notice refers to the pension issued by the community to residents over 60 years old, which has nothing to do with the rural insurance pension. Communities do not have the right not to give residents political trials or certificates, let alone to prevent residents from joining the party.
