The police immediately conducted a surprise interrogation of He Moumou, and in the face of strong evidence, He Moumou truthfully confessed the fact that he fled after driving a motorcycle and knocking down a pedestrian. Don't leave traffic accidents to chance, and the penalties for escaping are more severe.
