Forward and reverse start-stop control circuits pre-selected by the transfer switch
When the forward rotation starts, first place the pre-selected forward and reverse transfer switch SA2 at the upper end (4-6) to prepare for the forward rotation to start running.
Press the start button SB2 (3-5) to turn the AC contactor KM1 coil to be energically engaged and KM1 to assist the normally open contact (3-5).
Closed and self-locking, the KM1 three-phase main contact is closed, the motor is energized and rotates, and the dragging equipment is rotated.
After the KM1 coil is energically engaged, the auxiliary normally closed contact (5-9) of KM1 series in the KM2 coil circuit of the reversing AC contactor is disconnected first to play the role of interlock protection.
When the forward rotation stops, press the stop button SB1 (1-3) or put the pre-selected forward and reverse transfer switch SA at the lower end (4-8).
When returning to the upper end (4-6) (i.e., change the SA transfer switch from the original position to the opposite position.)
After returning to the original position), the forward AC contactor KM1 coil is de-energized and released, and the KM1 three-phase main contact is broken.
On, the motor loses power and the forward rotation stops.
When reversing the start, first place the pre-selected forward and reverse transfer switch SA at the lower end (4-8) to prepare for the reverse start.
Make. Press the start button SB2 (3-5) to reverse the AC contactor KM2 coil to be energically engaged and KM2 to assist the normally open contact (3-5).
Closed and self-locking, the KM2 three-phase main contact is closed, the motor is energized and reversed, and the dragging equipment is reversed.
After the KM2 coil is energized, the KM2 is connected in series to the auxiliary normally closed contact in the KM1 coil circuit of the forward AC contactor.
5-7) Disconnect first to play the role of interlock protection.
When reversing and stopping, press the stop button SB1 (1-3) or put the pre-selected forward and reverse transfer switch SA to the upper end (4-6) and then return.
When returning to the lower end (4-8) (i.e., change the SA transfer switch from the original position to the opposite position.)
After that, it will return to the original position), and the reverse AC contactor KM2 coil will be released when the power is off, and the KM2 three-phase main contact will be broken.
On, the motor loses power and reverses and stops.
