Among them, four were before surgery and four were after surgery.
Four items before surgery: 1. Do not take drugs containing aspirin within two weeks before surgery, because aspirin will reduce platelet coagulation function;

3. Menstruation, pregnancy, and lactation should not be operated within 6 months
4. Smokers should quit smoking one week before surgery.
Four postoperative items: 1. The postoperative recipient must sleep in a flat lying position, which is conducive to the rapid recovery of the operation, and avoid strenuous activities to prevent bleeding, and do not stretch the upper arm forcefully to avoid damaging the nerves of the arm.
2. Observe the blood vascularity of the nipple and areola within 24 hours after surgery, and contact the surgeon immediately if any abnormality is found.
3. Pay attention to the care of drainage strips after surgery. Carefully observe the exudation of the dressing in the surgical area, and if there is a large amount of exudation, the doctor should be notified in time and replaced to prevent postoperative infection.
4. After surgery, it is necessary to fight infection and drink more foods containing high protein, which is conducive to the recovery of the wound.
For me, the above requirements may be more difficult after the first one, but the rest is fine. I don't know if it's difficult for the other sisters.
