Through the operation management station, the second insurance station, the driving school business hall and the business window department of key transport enterprises to set up propaganda slogans, WeChat work group promotion, on-site explanation and consultation and other ways to strengthen publicity, the electronic license mutual recognition and interoperability work publicity in place, so that enterprises can truly feel the convenience of using electronic licenses, effectively improve the awareness rate of road transport operators and practitioners, reduce the cost of the masses, and ensure the promotion and application of electronic licenses.

3. Strengthen training and optimize services

Organize the business personnel of the overall business department and key enterprises to participate in the business training meeting, and ensure that the staff are proficient in the operation process through the interpretation of policies and on-site operations, so as to provide better services for enterprises and the masses, and effectively achieve the service commitment of "let the data run more and let the people run less".

Fourth, door-to-door guidance to improve quality and efficiency

In the process of daily law enforcement inspections, promote cross-regional mutual recognition and verification of electronic licenses to ensure that "one certificate in hand, through the whole country". At the same time, combined with enterprise visits, daily supervision and inspection, etc., the use of "one-to-one" door-to-door guidance road transport operators and practitioners to apply for electronic licenses, supervision of 73 freight companies, 2 rental companies, 2 dangerous goods, 1 passenger station, interviewed 3 automobile transport service agencies, since December to complete the production of 5,312 certificates, for 5 slow progress of the enterprise, the development of completion time limits and task objectives. Patiently do a good job in policy consultation and explanation, and solve registration difficulties for more than 140 practitioners.
