Q1: The movie tells a story about "choice and persistence". What do the main creative members think about "choice and persistence"?
Wei Chen:When I was a student, I always felt that hard work was more important. But when I went through a period of time in the workplace, many seniors told me that sometimes choice is more important than hard work. Actually, I think there should be a balance between the two, and you should not only do your best, but also think carefully at every point of choice. There is no right or wrong choice, but it is not the choice you want most, or whether it is more meaningful to you.
Zhang Xincheng:In many cases, it is not the result of perseverance, but the process of perseverance is actually a challenge in life and the meaning of life. I've been studying art since I was a child, and I've been on this path, but I haven't left myself much of a back path from the beginning, so when I encounter setbacks, I tell myself that "the path I chose, I have to finish it on my knees", but fortunately, I think the results I see so far are okay. I hope that students can continue on this path, whether you choose to do it or not, perseverance itself is very valuable.

Q2: What is the most memorable scene?Why?
Dai MoThere were two scenes that stood out to me. The first scene is after Cheng Bing was released from prison, the three teams reunited at Lao Ma's night food stall to complain, I think that scene is irreproducible, there are many actors on the spot and improvisation, the actors and the characters are one, which makes me especially believe that they are the three teams at that moment.
The second scene is the scene where Cheng Bing texted in the park, originally we didn't intend to let Mr. Zhang Yi have such a big emotional expression, but Mr. Zhang Yi's performance was particularly surprising, when he rummaged through the address book and found that there was no one to say, he suddenly broke down emotionally. I was also very excited at the scene and said, "The machine goes up and up!".", especially wanted to capture this authentic expression of emotion.
Wei Chen:What impressed me the most was the scene of farewell by the sea. I stood on the beach, watching the two brothers wear tattered clothes and drift apart, and suddenly recalled the scene where the photo was taken at the entrance of the police station, I was not only saying goodbye to the two brothers, but also saying goodbye to myself, saying goodbye to the identity of "police", there are too many complex emotions mixed in this scene.

Q3: "The Three Majors" andWhat is the difference between other movies of the same genre?
Dai MoI think the biggest difference in this film is that it's real enough. Because it's based on real events, a lot of things are detailed and realistic. "Three Teams" wants to pay tribute to the front-line police, there are many front-line police officers, they really gave a lot, and some even sacrificed. Once a roadshow met a police comrade, he said that once he promised his child that he would accompany his child in the New Year, but suddenly a **, he had to get a task again, on the way to the unit, he drove all the way and cried. He said he promised the child, but he couldn't do it because there were more people who needed them to protect him. So if this movie can reflect the real life of the police and be affirmed by the police, it is a point that I am very proud of.
This film is a very important film in my entire directorial career, because the story is really good, and it is not easy to meet a story that tells "people" so well.
Q4: How do you avoid flattening when creating characters?Can you give some advice to college students in related majors?
Huang Lu:From the actor's point of view, I think actors should usually be more down-to-earth: they must first be a real person before it is possible to create a good character. For example, I like to go to the vegetable market when I go to a place and take pictures to record the details of my life, which I think is very helpful for my performance creation.
Cao Bingkun:The role is inseparable from the actor's life, it must be the self. We must first be a good person and a valuable person, which is based on our perception of life and the world. What kind of person you are, what kind of role you can create, I think no matter what industry you do, you are connected.
Zhang Zixian:I think that making a movie is to be down-to-earth, don't "pretend". I always think that a movie is not a discussion, it has to be a narrative, what we actors have to do is to act this story well in a down-to-earth manner, and then talk about what to express.

Q5: Have you ever encountered a situation in your life where perseverance may not necessarily be successful?If you don't succeed, will you have regrets?
Lai Weijia:When I first entered the film and television industry, I was hesitant for a while, hesitating between work and graduate school, and I was worried that I didn't have the energy to cope with two things at the same time. But my friend told me that as long as you really want to learn, you can read your own books anywhere and don't care about other people's eyes. Later, I tried to read a book in the subway, and I found that I could slowly and really read into it. So I understand my friends in school very well, maybe you have encountered some doubts and hesitations, but it doesn't matter, as long as you persevere, what you want to do will definitely be done.
Huang Lu:I originally studied science, but then dropped out of school and was admitted to film school, and my family didn't really support me much in the process. I think when you have a dream, some people may think that you are crazy, and you simply can't do it. But doesn't persistence mean that you do something that is painful and must be done? So once you have an idea, take your time to make it happen. I'm glad I've been down all the way down and getting closer and closer to where I want to go.
Dai MoActually, I used to be an actor, but then I gave up and became a director. I used to think I was "scared" to be a director, but I'm doing it now. So I think sometimes, maybe you just need to be brave enough to take that step, and you may not be fully prepared, but you can learn by doing. It's more important to start doing it bravely than to succeed or not.
