The implementation of the "leading enterprises + cooperatives + bases + farmers" order agriculture model, leading enterprises and more than 3.6 million farmers in the park to establish a stable production and marketing docking relationship. The implementation of land transfer rent, employment salary, family business cash, shares and dividends to get shares "one land to produce four gold" model, benefiting more than 3 million rural households, per capita dividends of more than 3,900 yuan, to achieve a "win-win" of industrial efficiency and farmers' income.
