Don't go to Guan Zhongxing's career, but come to the river to go fishing boats!'Qu Duan, is this the poem you inscribed on the pillar?'”
Yes!But this is a lowly job in lamenting that the ambition has not been rewarded! The humble duty inscribed it on the court pillar is to remind himself not to forget to recover the Central Plains at any time, and to serve the country, and the heart is clear every day!”
Hugh has to quibble! This is anti-poetry!You insinuate and ridicule today's saints, your intentions are sinister, and the wolf's ambition is so poisonous! It's not a real recruit yet!”
After Qu Duan, a famous general in the Southern Song Dynasty, was arrested by his boss Zhang Jun for the crime of ridiculing the emperor, Zhang Jun specially arranged for Kang to be in charge of the prison in order to confirm the crime. Kang Sui is Qu Duan's old subordinate, and he was once "whipped on his back" by Qu Duan in public for violating military orders, so he has always "hated Duan." After Qu Duan learned that Kang Sui was hosting the case, he "called 'heaven' a few times", and looked up to the sky and sighed: "I am dead!."At the moment of life and death, he thought of the war horse "Iron Elephant" that accompanied him to gallop across the field "four hundred miles a day", so he "shouted 'Iron Elephant is a pity' several times." ”
Qu Duan was imprisoned and interrogated by Kang Sui, who was unlucky and uncertain. A generation of famous generals, why did they fall into this situation?
Qu Duan is an orphan of a martyr, he has received a good education since he was a child, "vigilant and knowledgeable, good at literature, and good at military strategy", * later served in the army, and has accumulated rich experience in grassroots command.
In the battle to resist the "Xia people entering Koujing Plain", the commander was suddenly attacked by the Xia army due to paralysis and carelessness, and "the soldiers were defeated." At the critical moment, Qu Duan turned the tide, led his troops to defeat the enemy in a bloody battle, gathered the fleeing troops and returned to the camp safely. "The Xia people re-entered the Kou, and the Xi'an Prefecture and the Huaide Army fell one after another. "The Zhenrong Army (present-day Guyuan, Ningxia) was strategically located and lacked a defender who was in charge of the situation. Qu Duan stood out in several battles and was recommended by the commander as the military and political chief of the Zhenrong Army.
The Jin soldiers attacked Shaanxi and captured the Chang'an area, shocking the Guanlong region. The local anti-Jin rebels were surging, and launched various ways to crack down on and harass the Jin soldiers. Qu Duan reorganized the army in Jingyuan, "recruited the displaced people to break the soldiers, and provided grain and straw to the people who passed", and managed the local government without leaving any stone unturned. When the Jin soldiers retreated eastward through the territory of Jingyuan, Qu Duan carefully deployed, "sent the deputy general Wu Jue to fight according to Qingxiling, and broke it." Qu Duan took advantage of the victory to pursue, and cooperated with the rebel army to recover Chang'an and Fengxiang. The northwest region finally returned to the Great Song Dynasty, and Qu Duan was also appointed by the imperial court as the Taishou of Yan'an Prefecture by virtue of his military exploits.
After Wang Shu, the envoy of Shaanxi, was ordered to "control the military horses of the six routes in Shaanxi", he was awarded the post of regimental training envoy of Quduan Jizhou. Qu Duan looked down on the greasy boss who talked on paper, and Wang Shu also hated Qu Duan, a pretentious veteran. The two of them couldn't urinate in the same pot, so Wang Shu vetoed Qu Duan's correct suggestions many times at the Yaozhou Military Conference. Qu Duan held a grudge, and since then he has either disobeyed or turned a deaf ear to Wang Shu's orders, and even to the point of delaying the military aircraft.
In September, the Jin people attacked Shaanxi. Wang Shu ordered Qu Duan to lead his troops to the assembly place to rendezvous, but Qu Duan refused on the grounds that he had "not received an order from the imperial court". The Jin Bing spies discovered that "Duan and Shu were not in harmony", so they adopted various methods to "attack Yan Yan with troops." ”
At that time, Quduan "unified Jingyuan elite soldiers and stationed in Chunhua." Wang Shu was so anxious that he sent someone to send an official document every day to urge Qu Duan to lead his troops to help, and "sent envoys and Jinshi more than ten generations to talk about it, but they didn't listen", and finally sent his subordinate official Yu Tao to the military camp to supervise the division. Qu Duanyang disobeyed the yin, and Zhenzhen defended himself: "The Jin soldiers invaded on a large scale, and my troops were less than 10,000. If unfortunately defeated, the Jin soldiers and iron cavalry will drive straight into Shaanxi and capture Shaanxi. I am weighing the whole territory of Shaanxi and the whole road of Yanyan, so I don't dare to act rashly!”
Jin Bing learned that Qu Duan was not moving, so he attacked Yan'an with all his might. Wang Shu collected scattered soldiers all the way to the rescue, and learned that Yan'an had fallen on the way, so he had to hand over the army to his assistant, and he led more than 100 cavalry and officials and dependents to the location of the Quduan army to comfort the army.
Seeing that Wang Shu was embarrassed to such an extent, Qu Duan was immediately complacent, and ordered his subordinates to meet Wang Shu with ingenuity, "Let each gate reduce its riding by half." "Wang Shu originally only brought a hundred cavalry, and every time he entered a military gate, half of his retinue was reduced. When he entered the Chinese military tent, the dignified commander was already "only a few horses." ”
Qu Duan was fully armed and led his subordinate officials to meet Wang Shu, and after a few words of greeting, his face sank, "The voice is very strong, and I ask Shu Yan'an about the loss of defense." He ridiculed the coach: "Temperate you cherish yourself so much, why don't you cherish the city of the Son of Heaven?"Wang Shu couldn't bear to fight back: "You have resisted my orders many times, who is the one who really cherishes himself?"Qu Duan roared: "Why didn't you take my suggestion once in Yaozhou?"He rushed away with his sleeves.
The more Qu Duan thought about it, the more angry he became, "If you want to kill the army and take away its soldiers." Fortunately, he still maintained a trace of sanity, and galloped overnight to ask to see Xie Liang, the envoy of Shaanxi, "Please return to Xushu." Under Xie Liang's patient guidance, Qu Duan returned to the camp angrily, seized the seal of Wang Shu's temperance envoy, and detained his official subordinates. Wang Shu was blasted out of the barracks, but escaped with his life, and since then he has formed a deep hatred with Qu Duan.
After Xie Liang returned to the court, he reported Qu Duan's actions to the court. "When the court heard that Duan wanted to behead the prince, he was suspected of rebellion", and summoned Qu Duan to return to the court. Qu Duan suspected that this was a trap and resolutely did not leave Lao Wojing's original path. This move caused a lot of discussion between the DPRK and China, and they unanimously agreed that Qu Duan had a rebellious heart. Qu Duan couldn't argue, "It's self-explanatory." ”
Coincidentally, the famous minister Zhang Jun was edicted to "proclaim Fuchuan and Shaanxi." Zhang Jun takes it as his mission to recruit heroes and heroes from all over the world, and knows that Qu Duan has clashed with the enemy countless times in Shaanxi, and his reputation is extremely high. Therefore, when Zhang Jun resigned from the dynasty, he was arrogant and wanted to guarantee the lives of more than 100 people in his family, and Qu Duan had no intention of rebelling. After he cordially received Qu Duan, he built an altar according to the system, "Bai Duan is the mighty general, the Xuanzhou observation envoy, the Xuanfu disposal envoy is under the control of the Sidu, and the Weizhou is known." Qu Duan was grateful, "Ascending the altar to receive the salute, the sergeant cheered like thunder." ”
Zhang Jun saw that Jin Shuai had finished Yan Lou's lone army and went deep, and he wanted to mobilize troops from all walks of life to encircle and annihilate him, and the generals were also eager to try. Qu Duan strongly objected: "Although Wanyan Lou is alone, the soldiers are elite, and it is difficult for our army to win." Moreover, the Jin soldiers often cut off our food routes, and our army was always in a passive position of being beaten. Now, our army should reformulate its strategy and tactics, occupy dangerous terrain, and send small units from time to time to disrupt the cultivation plan of the golden soldiers. The Jin soldiers could not farm, so they must go to Hedong to grab grain. At that time, we will be able to oppose the guest and clear the wilderness, and within two years, the Jin soldiers will be trapped and killed, and our army will be destroyed in one fell swoop'If our army moves rashly, there will be endless troubles!'Although Zhang Jun didn't think so, he also gave up the idea of joining the circle.
Qu Duan received the news of "the Jin people attacked Huanqing", and immediately sent Wu Jue, the deputy general and deputy head of the Mabu Army on Jingyuan Road, to lead his troops to Pengyuandian to meet the enemy, and he himself led the main force to enter Pizhou (now Binzhou, Shaanxi) as reinforcements.
Jin General Sali drank long and drove into the pass, and Wu Jue set up an ambush and unexpectedly annihilated most of the Jin soldiers' forward troops. The "wise and brave" Sali was beaten to "cry in fear", and was ridiculed by Jin Bing as "crying Langjun". The Jin soldiers are determined to win, and the momentum is violent, "the whole army will resume the war." "Wu Jue was outnumbered and asked for reinforcements. In order to preserve his strength, Qu Duan led his troops to retreat to Jingyuan, causing "Jin Chengsheng to burn Pizhou." Wu Jue was defeated and returned to Jingyuan, and asked why Qu Duan didn't send reinforcementsQu Duan was annoyed and angry, but Wu Jue was defeated because he was to blame for violating military orders. Wu Jue was forced to bear the responsibility for the defeat of the war, and was "demoted to the doctor and dismissed the chief", and since then he has been separated from Qu Duan. Quduan's move laid the root of his own trouble.
Soon, Jin Shuai finished Yan Zongbi and watched Jiang and Huai. Zhang Jun convened the generals to discuss and prepared to send troops to obstruct and resist the Jin soldiers. In a chorus, Qu Duan once again vigorously rejected public opinion, resolutely opposed the petty fights like eggs hitting stones, and clearly stated that a protracted war should be fought: "The northern plains are vast, and it is conducive to the gold soldiers and iron cavalry to go back and forth," and our army has not tasted water warfare. After the Jin soldiers invaded and occupied the Central Plains, the momentum was violent, and our army was difficult to compete with. Our army should not take the initiative to attack, but must strengthen training to defend the territory and wait patiently for at least ten years before making a big counterattack!”
Zhang Jun raised the strategic differences to the level of his position, and began to suspect that Qu Duan had been passively avoiding war in order to preserve his strength. He reopened the old accounts, and dismissed Quduan's military power on the grounds that Qu Duan's refusal to rush to Peng Yuandian's aid caused the Jin soldiers to burn Pizhou.
In the same year, in order to contain the Huainan Jin army to the south, Zhang Jun launched the Battle of Fuping, concentrated the "Five Roads Division", and launched a large-scale offensive against the Jin soldiers entrenched in Fuping, Shaanxi. Wu Jue, who was reinstated by Zhang Jun, showed his majesty and cooperated with friendly forces to recover Chang'an and other strategic places. Jin Shuai sent elite soldiers to rush to the aid of Shaanxi in the starry night to stop the Song army's eastward advance. The Song army lost its troops and returned defeated, "all five roads fell, and Bashu was shaken." In order to salvage his reputation and win people's hearts, Zhang Jun claimed that the Jingyuan Army was able to "contribute the most strength and quickly and orderly aggregate to form combat effectiveness after retreating" in the Battle of Fuping, which was entirely due to "the former commander Quduan's well-trained skills." So he reinstated Quduan Zuowu as a doctor as a reward.
Zhang Jun moved the Xuanfu Division to Langzhou (northeastern Sichuan), learned that Quduan was serving there, and wanted to reuse Quduan. Wu Jue directly warned Zhang Jun to think twice: "The resurgence of the end of the curve will not be conducive to Zhang Gong!."Coincidentally, Wang Shu, who was deprived of his seal and blasted out of the barracks by Qu Duan, happened to be serving under Zhang Jun's account. In order to avenge the humiliation he suffered that year, he added fuel and vinegar to sow discord, and misinterpreted the verses engraved on the court pillar as a vicious attack on Song Gaozong, who lived in the south of the Yangtze River and did not want to recover. The three of them became tigers, and Zhang Jun was also worried that Qu Duan would be unruly and difficult to tamesticate the tiger, so he pushed the boat down the river, arrested Qu Duan and imprisoned him, and deliberately arranged for Qu Duan's enemy Kang Sui to try the case.
Kang followed the communiqué for personal vendetta and ordered the jailer to tie the old boss with ropes, soak his mouth in rags and water, and press him to roast him next to the fire. Qu Duan was roasted and sweated like rain, his throat was dry and smoking, and he passed out. After waking up, Quduan asks for water. Kang Sui smiled and poured a bowl of wine into his mouth, Qu Duan struggled and shouted, "Nine orifices bleed to death, forty-one years old." "After Qu Duan was innocently killed," the Shaanxi scholar did not hesitate. ”
Qu Duan is undoubtedly a rare "strategic" general, and his several suggestions are full of forward-looking and operable. If your boss takes his reasonable advice, it may rewrite history. Therefore, the history books fully affirm his military genius: "If Qu Duan can be allowed to display his military talents to the fullest, his future will be limitless!"”
However, Qu Duan loses in personality "rigidity, and domineering." "History of the Song Dynasty" bluntly pointed out: "'Qu Duan is rigid and self-serving', despises his superiors, although he is talented, he has not repeatedly performed miraculous feats, and often thinks that he disobeys the orders of his superiors." Although he was wronged by Zhang Jun's killing, it was also self-inflicted!”
Throughout the ages, those who are proud of their talents have never ended well!
